Abstract/Summary:
Vocational college students(later referred to as vocational college students),a group of young people in the campus during this period of rapid expansion of self-awareness,will appear extreme egocentrism problems,long-term accumulation will lead to a variety of emotional disorders and other psychological problems,coupled with the failure of the college entrance examination and not admitted to the undergraduate students feel inferior and have inferiority,which leads to them afraid to communicate with others.The weakening of interpersonal relationship will lead to loneliness,and the knowledge learned after admission will turn to specialization,and the difficulty of learning will be increased and the motivation of learning will be reduced.Long-term negative emotions will cause psychological anxiety and depression.At this age,if vocational students can’t control their emotions well,anxiety,depression and other bad emotions will take the opportunity to affect their mental health.How to make individuals gain strength and confidence,so that they get the satisfaction of security,success and self-esteem,the class as a unit of group psychological counseling is particularly important.It has a strengthening and subsiding effect on students’ behavior.Long-term strengthening and subsiding effect will make individuals develop good behavior habits,promote interpersonal communication and enhance unity and common progress.Group psychological counseling,although effective,but this method in the physical education classroom penetration rate is not high.Although some studies have brought group psychological counseling to physical education classroom,the fact is that physical education classroom and physical education are disjointed.In view of this phenomenon,I try to combine basketball,which has the highest popularity rate and good influence on psychological construction,with group psychological counseling,and try to integrate group psychological counseling into basketball class.In order to achieve psychological counseling and teaching are not disjointed,psychological counseling and teaching complement each other,and accelerate the effect of the class psychological characteristics toward a benign development.This study adopts the literature method,summarizes a large number of relevant research cases,learns the key points and methods of group psychological counseling,and adopts the psychometric method to issue a large number of questionnaires with the scale "Class Psychological Characteristics Scale" as the measuring tool,and summarizes the reality of the class psychological characteristics of vocational students in Yunnan Electromechanical Vocational and Technical School in Kunming,Yunnan Province.Finally according to this situation design twelve basketball group psychological counseling theme.Through the experimental method,two randomly selected classes in the second grade of higher vocational college were carried out a 12-week teaching experiment,and the class psychological characteristics(class identity,class belonging,class trust relationship,class cooperation satisfaction,class cohesion)were interfered,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Before the experiment,the class psychological characteristics and overall scores of vocational college students were low.(2)Before the experiment,the demographic variables of vocational college students’ class psychological characteristics showed that there were differences only in college and the only child,but no differences in gender and ethnicity.(3)After the experiment,the methods of basketball teaching and basketball group psychological counseling are effective in the intervention of class psychological characteristics of vocational college students,but the effect of basketball group psychological counseling is more obvious than the simple basketball teaching.(4)Basketball group psychological counseling not only has a positive effect on the class psychological characteristics of vocational college students but also has a certain lasting effect.This study confirmed the feasibility and effectiveness of integrating group psychological guidance into basketball teaching,supplemented the research content of group psychological guidance in physical education,enriched the research methods of physical education,opened up a new way of mental health education,and designed a set of real and effective basketball group psychological guidance program for higher vocational colleges.It lays a good foundation for the future "working environment" and "living environment" of higher vocational students.
