Research purpose:In recent years,the French-style contrast group training method has been more and more widely used in physical training,especially in the explosive force of lower limbs.The effectiveness of this method has been confirmed by many studies.However,the distribution of sports items,training positions,gender and duration involved in most of the research is relatively single.The items are concentrated in the track and field high jump or long jump,the training positions are concentrated in the lower limbs,the gender is concentrated in the male,and the duration is concentrated after the one-time exercise.It is unknown whether other items(such as canoeing),different gender(male and female),and different duration(2months)have the same training effect.Through an eight-week control experiment,the differences between the French contrast group training method and the traditional strength training method on the sports performance of 20 male and female canoeing athletes(1RM:squat,hard pull,horizontal pull and horizontal push;explosive force:squat peak power and speed,30-meter acceleration run,standing long jump,CMJ,SJ,RSI;special:canoeing special dynamometer 10-second stroke and its peak power)were explored,It provides experimental basis for further physical training of Yunnan kayak team,and also provides practical and theoretical basis for the application of French-style comparative group training method in physical training.Research methods:In this paper,10 members of the control group(5 men+5women)and 10 members of the experimental group(5 men+5 women)of the kayak team in Yunnan Province were trained in the traditional strength training and the French contrast group training(similar training load and intensity,different training sequence)for 8 weeks respectively,and SPSS16.0 was used to conduct intra-group matching and inter-group independent sample T test on 1RM,explosive force and special data,The general linear model univariate analysis was used to analyze the promotion range of different genders,and the linear regression analysis was used to analyze the special performance.Some data were shown with Graph Pad 8.0.Research results:Both training methods are helpful to improve the above three types of sports performance of male and female athletes,but the control group has more significant improvement effect in 1RM,and the experimental group has more advantages in improving explosive power and special items.1)1RM:The lifting range of deep squat and horizontal pull in the control group was greater than that in the experimental group,while hard pull and horizontal push were greater in the experimental group(Pmale=0.455,0.217,0.253,0.373)(Pfemale=0.049,0.416,0.094,0.195).2)Explosive power:both the control group and the experiment group have a certain improvement effect on the explosive power of athletes,but the experimental group has(extremely)significant differences,while the control group has no significant differences,in the aspects of 80%-85%1RM squat peak speed,80%-85%1RM squat peak power,30 meter acceleration run,standing long jump,CMJ,SJ,RSI,The difference between the experimental group and the control group in the lifting range of the two groups is:(Pmale=0.226,0.048,0.017,0.067,0.040,0.026,0.001)(Pfemale=0.049,0.004,0.416,0.096,0.046,0.012,0.017).3)Special:There were significant differences between the two groups in ten-second stroke and peak power increase:(Pmale=0.024,0.005)(Pfemale=0.024,0.004).Gender had no interaction with the group.The measured value after ten-second stroke formed a linear relationship with the pre-measured value:(y=1.464+0.754*x1+0.062*x2+14.222*x3)(y=22.190+0.003*x1+0.682*x2).Research conclusions:1)The two methods have certain effects on improving athletes’1RM,explosive force and special performance,but the French comparison group has more advantages in explosive force and special performance,while the traditional strength training method has better effect on improving athletes’1RM;2)The French comparative group training method is not only applicable to lower limb explosive force exercises,but also to upper limb explosive force exercises;3)Previous studies have shown that this method can change the explosive power of athletes after a single practice session,and research has shown that it can also change the explosive power of athletes’upper and lower limbs over a longer period of time;4)Adopting the French comparative group training method is helpful for auxiliary exercises in other projects;5)The French comparative group training method is suitable for kayaking events.
