| With the rural revitalization,rural education revitalization,sports power and other strategic goals,rural education and school sports have increasingly become the focus of national education development.At the same time,physical education teachers in rural primary schools play an important role in physical education in rural schools.Teachers’ professional identity and professional achievements are related to teachers’ professional development.It is of great significance to explore the influence of rural primary school physical education teachers on the professional fulfillment of rural physical education teachers,which is of great significance to the development of rural physical education teachers and rural education.Through literature collection,this study will social identity theory and social exchange theory as the theoretical basis of this study,with literature method,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis to research,in Sichuan province rural primary school physical education teachers professional identity on the influence of professional achievement as the research object,the 268 rural primary school physical education teachers as the survey object,with the help of SPSS26.0 analyzes the survey data,reveals the Sichuan province rural primary school physical education teachers professional identity to the reality of professional achievement,proved the teachers’ professional identity affect professional accomplishment.The study found that there is a significant positive relationship between professional identity and professional achievement among rural primary school teachers in Sichuan Province.Among them,the value identity dimension and emotional identity dimension in teachers ’professional identity most strongly predict the professional achievement of rural primary school PE teachers;Secondly,teachers’ professional identity has a significant influence on professional achievement.among,Show a high predictive effect on the dimensions of professional accomplishment and successful experience,The predictive effect of self-efficacy was low;Sichuan province rural primary school physical education teachers’ professional identity is at a high level,But the specific performance in the five dimensions is different;The difference of gender,age,professional title and income will make the professional identity of rural primary school PE teachers significantly different;The professional sense of achievement of rural primary school physical education teachers in Sichuan province is at above the middle level,However,the specific performance of the successful experience dimension and the self-efficacy dimension is different;The difference of teachers ’age,teaching age,educational background,professional title and income will make the significant difference of rural primary school PE teachers’ professional achievement;On this basis,the following suggestions are put forward:rural primary school physical education teachers should learn to enhance their professional achievement by strengthening their professional identity;To enhance the rural primary school physical education teachers value identification,emotional identification as the focus to enhance their professional sense of achievement;Improve the self-efficacy of rural primary school physical education teachers;Society,the government and schools should give more care to rural primary school PE teachers. |
