| The state attaches great importance to the development of campus football and clearly points out that football teaching is the main content of school sports reform in the football reform plan.As a city with profound football heritage,Changchun has always placed the development of football in an important position.In recent years,Changchun has set up a number of schools with football characteristics,and the proportion of football class hours in school physical education is constantly rising.Football class management is an important factor affecting the smooth progress of football class teaching.Effective football class management plays a very important role in improving the quality of football teaching,cultivating students’ interest in football and realizing "football education".From the current research,scholars lack of research on football class management,so it is very important to fill the gap in football class management research.This study adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,classroom observation,literature and mathematical statistics to investigate the status quo of football class management in junior high school football characteristic schools in Changchun.Based on the feedback of questionnaire and classroom observation,this paper finds out the existing problems,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward optimization strategies,aiming at enriching the theory of classroom management in football class,providing reference for the practice of football teachers,so as to improve their performance in classroom management in football class.The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.Due to the lack of self-development awareness of football teachers and the lack of classroom management training,some teachers’ management ideas stay in the control-oriented classroom,leading to the traditional autocracy of football classroom.2.Football teachers’ lack of rich classroom management knowledge,advanced management ideas,shallow experience of young teachers and teachers’ own class style will affect the classroom management of football class.The lack of innovation in management methods and organizational forms is one of the important reasons for students’ decreased interest in learning and problematic behaviors.3.Football teachers pay attention to the maintenance of discipline in the setting of classroom management objectives and contents,but ignore students’ all-round development,which leads to the decrease of students’ interest in football learning.4.Some schools have too large class size and imperfect field equipment and facilities,resulting in problems in equipment management and affecting the effect of football class management.Based on this,the optimization strategies proposed in this study are as follows: 1.It is suggested that schools increase capital investment and pay attention to the construction of physical environment;2.Advocate "football education" to create a good cultural environment;Strengthen classroom management training and practice of football teachers,and build a team of high-quality teachers.2.It is suggested that teachers strengthen the motivation of personal achievement and the awareness of self-development needs;Establish "people-oriented" classroom management concept;Constantly learn new knowledge,enrich classroom management methods,improve classroom management ability.3.Cultivate students’ sense of responsibility and encourage students to participate in football class management. |
