Search In Social Work Intervenes In The Cultivation Of Community-based Elderly Social Organizations

In my country’s rapid social construction,high-quality and diversified social services have become a rigid demand.In order to meet people’s needs for a better life with social services,under the guidance of the policy of "strengthening and innovating social governance",my country’s community social organizations are developing vigorously.The number of community-based social organizations has soared,and their services are diverse,covering various fields such as convenience services,resident autonomy,skill improvement,entertainment and art,environmental protection and ecology.Community social organizations for the elderly are an important part of community social organizations in my country,and they play an active role in relieving the pressure of social care for the elderly,realizing the elderly and making a difference,and developing the silver-aged economy.However,at present,the stock of community social organizations with the elderly as the main body of participati on is small,the development is weak,and the cultivation system has not yet been established.This hinders the satisfaction of the social service needs and self-develop ment needs of the aging population.Therefore,it is necessary to step up the use of professional methods to cultivate community-based social organizations for the eld erly to make up for the problem of insufficient development of community-based social organizations for the elderly.Social work can cultivate community social organizations using scientific group and community work methods.However,there is currently a lack of research on the social work profession involved in the cultivation practice process,and the main population of cultivation is also lacking in the elderly.Therefore,this article focuses on the case of cultivating community-based social organizations for the elderly,uses professional methods of social work to intervene in organizational nurturing,details the practical intervention process,and summarizes the nurturing experience.This paper takes the case of cultivating community social organizations for the elderly as the main content,and uses the professional method of social work to intervene in the organization and cultivation of "family support team" in H community of Suzhou City.Under the guidance of Maslow’s demand theory,social support network and community development theory,questionnaire and semi-structured interview were adopted to investigate the needs of H community,regional development model and group interaction model were used to design the cultivation plan,and members were recruited and ability assessed in the preparatory work stage.Formulation of organizational rules and regulations at the initial establishment stage;Development stage of the empowerment training and cultivation leader;Record registration at mature stage;The follow-up stage of service and follow-up service enables the community elderly social organization "family help team" to independently carry out voluntary service activities,play the function of community social organization,and achieve the goal of cultivation work.After the end of the project,the author summarized the training experience from the perspective of social workers,analyzed the problems in the training practice,and put forward targeted suggestions,in order to provide experience reference for the future social work intervention in community social organizations for the elderly.This thesis is written in accordance with the guidelines issued by the National Professional Degree Graduate Education Steering Committee for Social Work,pertaining to the ’Basic Requirements for Master of Social Work(MSW)Thesis’(see Appendix Two)...
