Research On Social Work Helping The Self-organization Construction Of Community Elders

China’s social development has entered a new stage,people’s needs are increasingly diversified,and the causes of social problems are becoming more and more complex.The innovation and diversified development of social governance model has become a topic of concern.In the process of community development,especially in the urban fringe communities where the relationship between residents is indifferent and the sense of identity is low,some community problems can not be solved in time only by relying on community forces.It is necessary to mobilize the participation of community residents through the construction of community self-organization,solve community problems through residents’ consultation and collective cooperation,and promote the development of the community.Social work has professional values and service methods and plays an important role in social governance.Social work helps the community self-organization construction,improves the participation awareness and service ability of community residents,promotes the development of community diversified governance model,and promotes the innovation of social governance.By means of field research,taking the self-organization construction process of the elderly in Q community as an example,through participatory observation,questionnaire survey and interview,collect relevant data of the community and community self-organization,and summarize the specific situation and existing problems of the self-organization of the elderly in Q community.Under the guidance of the regional development model,we use the self-organization process theory to participate in the practical process of social work to help the self-organization construction of the elderly.Comprehensively use a variety of methods to evaluate,verify the effectiveness of social work helping the construction of community self-organization,analyze the shortcomings in the process of social work helping the construction of community self-organization,reflect,and put forward suggestions to promote the development of community self-organization.The research shows that the development of community self-organization can promote residents’ participation,effectively solve community problems and promote the process of community development;Social work has promoted the sustainable development of self-organization by giving priority to the cultivation of community self-organization,supplemented by the support of platforms such as community and social organization federations;The introduction of social work is an effective means to help the construction of community self-organization.The theory of regional development model and self-organization process provides theoretical and practical guidance.At the same time,in view of the lack of systematicness in the construction of community self-organization capacity and the lack of professional talent support in the process of practice,this paper puts forward some suggestions to build a phased capacity-building system and provide talent reserves for the development of community self-organization,so as to ensure the sustainable development of community self-organization from many aspects.
