Research On The Measurement And Dynamic Mechanism Of The Synergy Between Secondary Vocational Education And Industrial Structure In Guangxi

Secondary vocational education and industrial structure influence each other and are closely related,and the conversion between the elements of the two systems can produce synergistic effect of mutual promotion.Guangxi,as a western ethnic region,has been supported by national policies in the development of secondary vocational education and has made remarkable achievements in recent years.However,there are few researches on the synergy between secondary vocational education and industrial structure in Guangxi.Therefore,from the perspective of synergy,this paper analyzes the current situation of the synergy between secondary vocational education and industrial structure in Guangxi from 2011 to 2020 from a systematic perspective and studies its dynamic mechanism.It not only enriches the theoretical research,but also has practical significance to guide the collaborative development of the two and promote the economic and social development and industrial structure transformation and upgrading of Guangxi.Based on the theory of human capital,the theory of industrial structure and the theory of synergy,this paper constructs the model of the synergy degree of the complex system of secondary vocational education and industrial structure,solves the problem of quantitative research on the degree of synergy,and analyzes the situation of the collaborative development of secondary vocational education and industrial structure in Guangxi combined with the actual situation of Guangxi.Then,in order to realize the synergistic development of the two,this paper starts with the synergistic dynamic mechanism of the two,through analyzing the synergistic dynamic and dynamic mechanism of foreign advanced countries,combined with the actual situation of Guangxi,it finds that the synergistic dynamic mechanism of secondary vocational education and industrial structure in Guangxi is government-oriented.Then,in combination with the synergistic theory,this paper uses the method of principal component analysis and adiabatic elimination to make an empirical study of the internal dynamics of the complex system by quantitative means,and at the same time uses the method of differential analysis to make an empirical study of the policy effect.The empirical results show that the direct effect of financial support in promoting the development of industrial structure has not been stimulated.The current power of the coordinated development of secondary vocational education and industrial structure in Guangxi comes from the support of colleges and policies.The comprehensive level of colleges and universities can directly affect the sustainable development ability of industrial structure.The degree of synergy between secondary vocational education and industrial structure composite system in Guangxi increased by 4.33%.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the coordinated development of secondary vocational education and industrial structure in Guangxi: first,give play to the leading position of the government and improve the fund guarantee system;Second,take advantage of policy support to further promote the integration of industry and education;Third,clarify the positioning of secondary vocational schools,improve the comprehensive level of colleges.
