Research On The Synergy Between Industrial Structure And Employment Quality And Its Influencing Factors

Industrial structure is the skeleton system of the whole economic society,and the reasonable distribution of industrial structure is the guarantee of the development speed,benefit and direction of the whole national economy.The adjustment of industrial structure is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of economic development and an important reform of production relations to further adapt to productivity.The speed and quality of industrial structure development have decisive influence on economic development.The development of industrial structure is a dynamic process,and the state it presents is the result of the joint action of various factors.Among them,as an important resource,the quantity,structure and quality of labor supply will have an important impact on the quality of industrial structure development.The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China established the core of the national development strategy of "improving the quality of employment and people's income",and clearly stated that "we must adhere to the strategy of giving top priority to employment and the proactive employment policy to achieve higher quality and full employment".In the field of labor force research in China,the significance of employment quality has gradually emerged.It can be seen from the elaboration of important national conferences and government work reports in recent years that the issue of employment quality has gained more and more attention.In recent years,economic development has increasingly emphasized the supply-side structural reform,and the rise and development of new ideas and technologies,such as "Internet +" and "artificial intelligence",which correspond to it,have pushed the development of industrial structure into a new stage.At the same time,the adjustment of industrial structure led to the flow speed of labor force in various industries and industries is accelerated,which push a new adjustment of employment structure.In the key period of industrial structure transformation,analyzes the characteristics of the industry structure and employment quality measure both collaborative,master its development process,analyses the key factors affecting the coordinated development of both,can explore the development of China's industrial structure and employment quality,and can be targeted to promote the coordinated development of both,positive employment policy to provide theoretical reference for the future.In order to research the problem of industry structure and employment quality together,first of all,industry structure and employment quality related research at home and abroad,summarized,analyzed and reviewed in this paper,analysis the mechanism of interaction between industry structure and employment quality,analysis of the industrial structure,employment quality of their respective system structure and the connotation of the coordinated development of the composite system.Then,the order parameter indexes of two subsystems,industrial structure and employment quality,are determined,and the collaborative development model of the composite system is constructed.The degree of synergy between industrial structure and employment quality is analyzed by constructing a synergy model.On the basis of the synergy degree of the composite system,an analysis model of the factors influencing the synergetic development of industrial structure and employment quality was constructed,and the corresponding empirical analysis was conducted to explore the influence of various influencing variables on the synergy of the composite system and analyze the reasons,so as to provide theoretical reference for enhancing the synergy between industrial structure and employment quality.Development in our country as the empirical object,construct the evaluation index system of industry structure and employment quality,measure coordinated development level of the industry structure and employment quality,analysis the coordinated development of industry structure and employment quality in China,and explores the key factors affecting the two together.What the research proves are that reverse development degree of the order subsystems of industrial structure;industry structure and employment quality of complex system coordination degree is low.The result can be attributed to the employment level of output of industry structure and employment quality of the negative to the negative impact of the composite system on the synergy,namely the current employment level of output can not effectively promote the coordinated development of industry structure and employment quality.At the same time,the negative intensity of the synergistic effect of employment input level and industrial structure rationalization level on the composite system exceeds the positive intensity of its synergistic effect on the composite system through the efficient industrial structure,and the overall performance is negative.Suggestions on the coordinated development of industry structure and employment quality are put forward according to the results.At the same time,the various provinces and cities in our country can take the methods as examples to do research on the problem of coordinated development on industry structure and employment quality.
