| With the increasing number of migrant children in rural areas,the research on migrant children in rural areas has attracted more and more attention from scholars and all walks of life.In the early days,most of the research contents on rural migrant children focused on the social adaptation problems after their return home,and generally paid attention to the research of problems,while psychological resilience focused on the positive psychological quality of human beings,which turned the research perspective on rural migrant children from the problem perspective to the positive perspective,providing a new perspective for solving the problems of rural migrant children in life,study and mental health.This paper attempts to explore the problems and educational countermeasures in the development of resilience of rural migrant children by studying the development status of resilience of rural migrant children in a town in Zhoukou City,Henan Province.A random cluster sampling method was used to investigate 550 students in grades 5 to 6 in a primary school and grades 7 to 9 in a junior high school in a town of Zhoukou City,Henan Province,among whom 187 were rural migrant children,accounting for 34.0% of the rural students surveyed.After analyzing the survey results of rural migrant children’s resilience,it is found that the level of rural migrant children’s resilience is generally above average,and their dimensions of goal concentration,emotional control,positive cognition,interpersonal assistance and family support are also above average.Grade,parents’ going out,parents’ concerns and their concern after returning home,their love for school teachers and classmates,and the frequency of asking teachers or classmates for help will have a significant impact on the psychological resilience level of rural returning children.On the basis of literature review,analysis of questionnaire survey results and individual interviews with rural migrant children,it is found that the problems of rural migrant children in the development of various dimensions of psychological resilience are mainly manifested in poor academic performance,lack of emotional management ability,lack of correct understanding of urban mobility experience,lack of communication skills and self-confidence in interpersonal communication,and insufficient support and care from parents.Based on this,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the development of psychological resilience of rural migrant children,that is,the individual of rural migrant children lacks self-confidence and has wrong understanding;Lack of parental companionship in the family and poor educational methods;Schools and teachers pay insufficient attention to the returning children in rural areas;Lack of peer support and other negative factors in the social environment.Combined with the problems and causes,this paper puts forward some educational countermeasures to promote the level of psychological resilience of migrant children in rural areas: giving full play to the leading role of schools,building a harmonious campus,giving teachers support and strengthening peer support;Give full play to the basic role of family education,improve bad education methods,strengthen parent-child interaction and pay attention to setting an example;Give full play to the decisive role of rural migrant children’s subjective initiative,and enhance children’s sense of self-efficacy,self-regulation and physical exercise;We should also pay attention to tapping the protective factors in other social environments,give play to the positive guiding role of mass media and strengthen social assistance.In order to form a school-led,multi-party cooperation system of mental health care for rural migrant children. |
