In short distance swimming events,squat starting technology is dominant.Starting,as the first link of swimming competition,not only takes the lead in tactical form,but also takes the advantage in psychology.Reaction speed training is the key factor affecting the squat start of short distance swimming.The study found that the reaction speed of human body mainly depends on congenital genetic factors.However,the reaction speed of human body can be increased by 26% in the late exercise training,which creates the precondition for the later reaction speed training.Based on this,this study takes short distance swimming squat starting technique as the basis to carry on the relevant research of reaction speed training.In this study,literature data method,expert interview method,Delphi method,experiment method and mathematical statistics method are used to integrate the short distance swimming,squat starting,reaction speed training and other related theories.The study focuses on auditory stimulation,auditory stimulation,auditory-visual stimulation,auditory-attention,auditory-physical coordination,auditory-motor perception five categories.The training means of reaction speed were designed specifically,the evaluation indexes were selected,and the training means and evaluation indexes were finally determined by Delphi screening for experimental research.Sixteen national second-level swimmers were selected as experimental subjects and randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group adopted the training means after Delphi screening,and the control group adopted the original training means of reaction speed.By analyzing the test results of various indicators before the experiment and reducing the interference of irrelevant variables as far as possible,the 12-week training was carried out after the experimental plan was determined.After the experiment,the test results of evaluation indicators were statistically analyzed and the test data before and after the experiment were compared,and the following results were obtained:(1)There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the invariant group before the experiment in the independent sample T-test acoustic response test,the time of departure response,and the time of movement and completion of movement(p > 0.01).(2)After the experiment,independent sample T test was conducted for the experimental group and the control group.The P value of acoustic response test between the two groups was 0.179(p >0.01),and there was no significant difference,but the average score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,indicating that the test effect of the experimental group was more significant.After the experiment,the P values of the two groups were all less than 0,01 at the time of starting reaction and at the time of exercise and completion of exercise,indicating that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in these two test indexes after the experiment.(3)Compared the test results before and after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment had significant differences in the P values measured in the acoustic response test,at the time of starting reaction,and at the time of exercise and exercise completion(p < 0.01),but the experimental group in the three test indicators of average score decline is greater than the control group,the test results of the experimental group is significantly better than the control group.After analysis and discussion,the conclusion is as follows:7.1.1 Based on the relevant principles of short distance swimming,squatting start and reaction speed training,this paper proposes for the first time five categories of auditory stimulation,auditory-visual stimulation,auditory-attention,auditory-physical coordination,auditory-motor perception as the starting point,and chooses seven corresponding squat start reaction speed training methods for short distance swimming.7.1.2 Experimental research shows that both the experimental group and the control group can improve the reaction speed of squat start in short distance swimming after training,but the training means designed and selected in the experimental group have more significant training effect,and have greater improvement in the reaction speed of squat start in short distance swimming and more practical significance.7.1.3 Among the five training categories selected by the experimental group,auditory stimulation,auditory attention and their corresponding training means play a leading role.Based on the reflex arc of the nervous system,fully stimulate the excitability of the nervous system and carry out targeted response speed training are the main factors to improve the response speed of squat starting in short distance swimming.
