In football, there are two forms of running, running with the ball and running without the ball, which are mixed with many technical and tactical actions such as emergency stop acceleration, spatial position conversion, passing offside, etc.,and high-frequency steering emergency stop and acceleration rely on the athlete’s strong ability to change direction and move. The ability to move quickly is closely related to the explosiveness of the lower limbs, and it is found that compound training has a very significant effect on improving the explosiveness and rapid change of direction movement ability of athletes. In this experiment, compound training was compared with traditional strength training, and the influence of compound training on the rapid change of movement ability of soccer selected students was explored. This paper adopts the literature method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, data statistical analysis method and experimental method. The experiment selected 30 male football students of the Shandong Sports Institute Football College, through the serpentine grouping so that the control group and the experimental group are 15 people, the control group adopts traditional strength training, the experimental group adopts the designed lower limb compound training, respectively training twice a week, the total training time is 90 min,all choose to train on Tuesday and Saturday, regularly ask and supervise the sleep and diet of athletes after training classes to ensure reasonable recovery, and prohibit them from doing other training in addition to training. The rapid movement and direction change ability of the two groups were tested before the start of the experiment, and after 8 weeks of experimental intervention, the rapid change of direction and movement ability of the two groups was tested again. The results are as follows:(1)The experimental group and the control group had significant improvements in the five tests of T-shaped running,Pro test,Nebraska sensitivity test,AFL ballless running sensitivity test and Illinois sensitivity test.(2)The experimental group compared the differences before and after the experiment through the paired-sample T test, and found that the five tests of T-shaped running,Pro test,Nebraska sensitivity test,AFL ballless running sensitivity test and Illinois sensitivity test all had P<0.01,which had particularly obvious differences.(3)The control group compared the differences before and after the experiment through the paired-sample T test, and found that the P<0.01 of the four data of T-shaped running,Pro test,Nebraska sensitivity test and Illinois sensitivity test was very significant. The AFL no-ball running sensitivity test showed a significant difference of 0.01<P<0.05.(4)In the analysis of the growth range of the experimental group and the control group, the T-shaped running experimental group increased by 0.38 more than the control group;the Pro test experimental group increased by 0.26 more than the control group;the Nebraska sensitive test group increased by 0.54 more than the control group;the AFL ballless running sensitive test group increased by 0.35 more than the control group;and the Illinois test experimental group increased by 0.37 more than the control group. An independent sample T test was performed on the growth range of the experimental group and the control group, and it was found that the P<0.05 of all items was found to be more significant in the experimental group than in the control group. In summary,it can be seen that compared with traditional strength training, the lower limb composite training can effectively improve the rapid change of direction and movement ability of the selected students of men’s football in Shandong Sports Institute.
