Research On The Practical Intervention Of Social Work In Helping And Educating Juvenile Offender

In the new era,the principal contradiction in Chinese society has changed.The healthy growth of minors is an important part of the people’s better life.The people’s expectations on the judicial protection of minors have changed from "whether or not" to "whether or not" to "better".At the same time,Chinese juvenile justice also advocates the participation of social forces to realize the prevention and correction of juvenile delinquency.Social work is exactly in line with the practical needs of juvenile justice,so the cooperation between social work and juvenile justice has become inevitable.This study firstly combs the development history of juvenile judicial social work and the model of juvenile judicial social work in representative areas of our country,and expounds the compatibility of social work with juvenile justice and the necessity and feasibility of social work participating in the help and education of delinquent minors.Then,the case of A social work agency’s help and education services for minors involved in crime is analyzed.Under the guidance of field theory and advantage perspective theory,the research adopts the interview method and observation method,and uses case management method to directly intervene and intervene with the service objects.It intends to influence and guide the service objects by creating a warm and positive "family-like" field,so as to achieve the goal of helping and teaching.Finally,based on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the help and education service,this paper summarizes the help and education mode of A social work agency,reflects on the experience and dilemma of A social work agency in the practice of helping and teaching minors involved in crimes,and puts forward suggestions on the exploration of the practical path of social work involvement in the help and education service,with a view to providing practical experience for the help and education service and promoting social work to play a greater role in the field of juvenile justice.
