Regarding BR training centers human resources management, one of the core issues is how to set up an effective motivation system. A good motivation system could let employees work with enthusiasm, provide clear work guidance to all the staff, and encourage the employees to work as expected. On the basis of regularities of motivation systems, BR training center installs its motivation system which could influence both corporate and employees'performances. It combines the theory of incentive system together with the practices of BR training center. The article provides the way to set up an effective motivation system to motivate employees and improve the general management level of training centers.Talents are always valuable assets and resources to any enterprise. Talent people are the base of training centers operation and also the incentive object. The main employees of BR training center are knowledge-based staffs. One set of questionnaire was designed to analyze their characters at work. According to the reply on the questionnaire, some main motivation elements are identified as follows:wages and benefits, regulation of management, etc. The thesis analyzes the existing problems of employee dissatisfaction to salary structure, slow employee development due to poor training system and no spiritual motivation. In view of the above issues, BR training centers determines to re-design the motivation system with the principle of people-oriented, on-demand motivation, staffs combined requirement of material and spirit. The redesigned motivation system is to bring a positive work environment, improve work efficiency, boost the level of cooperate cohesiveness. The motivation system helps to create high level of harmony management environment in cooperation of team management, welfare, etc.
