Research On The Phenomenon Of Capable People In The Industrial Revitalization Of L Tow

Under the political background of "double strength and double belt" of the central government,capable people have gradually become the focus of social attention.As one of the multiple subjects of rural governance,the feasibility of capable people helping industrial revitalization getting higher.So it is necessary to choose a good leader to promote rural industrial revitalization.Based on the cases of D County and L Town,this paper conducts in-depth field investigation,takes rural capable persons as the research object,adopts the research methods case interview and participatory observation to analyze the action logic of political,economic and social capable people who participating in the industrial revitalization,then explores the practical path of helping rural capable persons in the process of revitalization.The process of promoting industrial revitalization and realizing industrial transformation of L Town is mainly carried out according to three main lines.First of all,in the interaction between the capable people and the superior government,capable people master the two key elements of "resources" and "relationship",lay the industrial tone in the trial and error,realize technical exchange in the communication and learning with the superior,carry out organizational restructuring,optimize the governance structure and make both standardized and flexible decisions.Secondly,in the inner team of capable people,by integrating township resources,politicians aim to promote the development of local industries and lead people to increase income and get rich.Based on the case analysis of how the political,economic and social capable people rely on their own resources to drive the development of local industries,showing the process of the capable people in the rural society to cooperate to run enterprises.Finally,in the interaction between capable people and local society,capable people lead the villagers to summarize the previous industrial failures,gain experience from the preliminary research,intermediate production management and the late sales link.Combining the local reality,then reorganize farmers in "feeling" and "principle",and jointly establish cooperatives,forming the development model of "local enterprises +cooperatives +farmers".Based on the above research analysis,this paper holds that the phenomenon of the capable people in the industrial revitalization of L Town can be distilled into economic,social and political phenomena.Economically,capable people are learning teams that summarize experience through trial and error.Socially,they are social people with local feelings;Politically,they are "political officers" who carry out the spirit of the central government.Thus,it can be seen that the capable people is an important force to realize the autonomous and internal development of rural areas,and they play a vital role in rural revitalization.
