| Physical fitness mainly includes strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, sensitivity, coordination and so on.Among them, flexibility is an important part.Good flexibility can not only improve the performance of players, but also prevent sports injury and prolong sports life.Static stretching, dynamic stretching and PNF stretching are the most common methods in the training of developing flexibility. The PNF method is called proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, which is a physical therapy technique that promotes nerve development and involves neuromuscular and proprioception. The PNF method was first applied to the medical field abroad. It is widely used in other sports because of its strong cooperation, high controllability and can significantly improve the flexibility in a short time. However, there are few studies on tennis teaching, especially for adolescent tennis. At present,in the tennis teaching of 7 to 8 years old, technology is still the main content of teaching, and flexibility training accounts for a small proportion.7 ~ 8 years old is a sensitive period for the development of flexibility, but students ’ attention is easy to disperse, and the effect of boring traction training is poor. The PNF method is novel and flexible, and the practice content is rich and diverse, which has a good effect on improving the flexibility of 7 ~ 8 years old primary school students. This study takes 7 ~ 8 years old grade 2 primary school students as experimental subjects to explore the influence of PNF method on the flexibility of 7 ~ 8 years old tennis students.Twenty-four grade 2 primary school students aged 7 ~ 8 years old in Guangzhou Hua kang Primary School were selected as experimental subjects.Class 2and Class 3 were divided into experimental group and control group, with 12 students in each group(all boys).Tennis teaching experiment was conducted for 8 weeks, twice a week,a total of 16 lessons. In tennis teaching,in addition to the same tennis learning, the experimental group performed 8 minutes of PNF traction training, and the control group performed 8 minutes of conventional(static + dynamic)stretching training. After 8 weeks of tennis teaching experiment, the results showed that:(1)in the shoulder joint flexibility quality test index, the experimental group and the control group after the experiment shoulder joint flexibility quality turn shoulder(P < 0.01),there is a very significant difference;there was a significant difference in hip flexibility between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).After the experiment, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).(2)In the special technical indicators of tennis, the experimental group and the control group after the experiment the bottom lines forehand shot results(P < 0.01),there is a very significant difference;after the experiment, the tennis movement ability of the experimental group and the control group moved left and right, moved forward and backward, and 30 meters(P < 0.05),with significant differences.Conclusion:(1)After the experiment, the flexibility of shoulder joint, hip joint and seated body flexion of the two groups showed an upward trend.(2)PNF method is more effective in improving the flexibility of shoulder joint and hip joint.(3)The scores of the bottom lines forehand batting in the experimental group were more obvious than those in the control group. The primary school students in the experimental group and the control group had certain improvement in mobility, but the mobility indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, indicating that the PNF method was more conducive to the improvement of mobility. |
