A Study On Group Work Intervention To Improve The Service Ability Of Community Volunteers From The Perspective Of Endogenous Motivatio

Since the full liberalization at the end of 2022,all industries have gradually entered the stage of resuming work and production,and the vitality of social consumption will further increase.The emergency volunteer service during the anti-epidemic period played an important role in the epidemic prevention and control in Wuhan.Shenzhen is known as the "volunteer city".With the goal of deepening volunteer service,absorbing service experience,and promoting service development,social workers chose Shenzhen as the professional practice field,taking volunteers and their teams in Community Y of Shenzhen as the service objects,to improve the volunteer service ability of volunteers in this community and strengthen community resilience.During the four-month professional practice period,social workers found that the volunteers in the Y Community Volunteer Service U Station were constantly changing due to the impact of the epidemic through the professional practice in the first two months.Combined with professional methods such as participatory observation,questionnaire survey and unstructured interview,the social workers demonstrated that the community volunteers had insufficient emergency response ability,difficulties in communication and coordination,and difficulties in psychological stress relief.The reasons were analyzed,including insufficient knowledge of epidemic prevention The task division needs to be adjusted,the volunteer team system is backward,and the sense of value of volunteer service is low.Based on this,social workers,through group work intervention,based on the perspective of endogenous power,recruited 12 backbone community volunteers to carry out group work,and jointly developed group activities with them on the theme of coping with special situations,rationalization of volunteer service division of labor,psychological stress relief,etc.,to improve the service ability of community volunteers,including emergency response ability,communication and coordination ability,and psychological counseling ability.The evaluation of the practical process and the practical results show that the perspective of endogenous motivation is important,the team work method is effective,the social worker’s own ability is limited,and the community voluntary service is plastic.The social worker put forward the outlook based on the whole practice: at the micro level,build a training platform and carry out normalized skills training;At the medium level,social work,community and municipal voluntary labor union work together;At the macro level,the society creates an environment conducive to the development of voluntary services.
