With the rapid development of global economy, the sport industry has already become one of the most prosperous industries. Sport industry has attracted people’s eyes all over the world and made great contribution to integrate resources and develop economy. The demand for people who do well in sport industry has increased a lot because of all this, however, the imbalance between demand and supply has bothered everyone in this field so much that this is a challenge we face now. First, high school education should be the preparation for higher education, and some other factors should be considered besides academic performance. Also, the missions should emphasize the individual’s development. General education and elementary courses should be set up for students. At last, internships and practices should be more flexible and so on.
