Investigation And Research On The Training Model Of "Integration Of Education And Sports" For Physical Education Entrance Examinations In Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province

With the continuous change of the enrollment form of the college entrance examination students every year,the decrease of the enrollment number and the increase of the reference number in Colleges and universities,no matter the achievements of cultural courses or professional abilities,all put forward higher requirements for the high school physical education examinees.Using traditional methods to train physical education students can not meet the requirements of the college entrance examination,so the Education Bureau of Yuncheng City,Shanxi Province requires all high schools in Yuncheng City to introduce new ideas,change old ideas,explore and find a set of training methods suitable for the actual situation of physical education candidates in Yuncheng city.In 2014,Yuncheng Municipal Bureau of education put forward the training mode of "combination of teaching and sports" for college entrance examination students of Physical Education: Aiming at cultivating good learning ability,learning attitude,learning habits,and physical education talents meeting the needs of the country,improve the college entrance examination admission rate and one copy admission rate of sports candidates in Yuncheng City.In July 2014,Yuncheng Municipal Bureau of education randomly selected four middle schools,Kangjie middle school,Yuncheng middle school,Yanhua middle school and Ruicheng middle school as the pilot high school of "combination of teaching and sports" training mode for college entrance examination students of physical education.The enrollment rate of college entrance examination students in four pilot high schools increased from47% in 2015 to 56.1% in 2019,and the enrollment rate of one copy increased from16.6% in 2015 to 26.5% in 2019.By investigating the current situation of the "combination of teaching and sports" mode of college entrance examination students of physical education in Yuncheng City,refining the methods and experience in the process of training management,analyzing the existing problems and deficiencies,and putting forward the corresponding development countermeasures,in order to find and solve the problems,improve the training mode,and provide more practical referenceand guidance for the training and management of college entrance examination students of physical education.This paper mainly takes the situation of "combination of teaching and sports" training mode of college entrance examination students in four pilot high schools in Yuncheng City as the research object;uses the method of literature and materials to consult the relevant materials of middle school sports specialty students,scientific training mode,school management,etc.,and uses the method of combining questionnaire survey and interview to analyze the current situation of "combination of learning and training" and the management situation of "combination of teaching and sports" in four pilot high schools in Yuncheng City In the end,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are used to summarize and discuss.The results show that: the enrollment rate of the four experimental high school sports college entrance examination students has significantly improved;the age structure of coaches is more reasonable,learning and training is more abundant;the selection of students is more scientific and reasonable;the management concept is more reasonable and standardized;the time arrangement is more reasonable and fine;the school side has more efforts to supervise and implement.However,there are still some deficiencies in the solution of the contradiction between learning and training and the management of students' psychological problems.In view of the above deficiencies,this paper makes an in-depth analysis from two aspects of theory and practice,and puts forward the following countermeasures:improving the management system of mental health of college entrance students of physical education,regularly carrying out psychological lectures,strengthening the psychological guidance of college entrance students of physical education,allocating full-time psychological teachers,finding and solving the psychological problems of students in time;setting up the senior three physical education classes,and formulating the cultural learning objectives and tasks suitable for college entrance students of physical education We should manage and teach in a unified way,and properly solve the contradictions between learning and training.To improve the comprehensive ability of college entrance examination students in physical education,to improve the enrollment rate and one copy rate of college entrance examination,to strengthen theconstruction of physical education in Yuncheng City,and to provide experience for the cultivation of college entrance examination students in other areas.
