Research On Optimization Countermeasures For The Cultivation Of Xuzhou Youth Race Walking Reserve Talents Under The Background Of Integrating Sports With Education

On Apr.27 th,2020,the 13 th meeting of Central Commission for comprehensively deepening reforms was held in Beijing.It approved the Opinions on Promoting the Healthy Development of Teenagers by Integrating Sports with Education(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions).It brings a historical opportunity to the development of Chinese youth athletic sports,and highlights the importance that country attaches to the cultivation of high-level sports reserve talents for teenagers.If the sports schools are strong,the sports reserve talents will be strong.If the grassroots are strong,the country will be strong.Race walking is one of the strengths of the track and field events in China.The research on grassroots practice is an important link in perfecting “the last mile” of current cultivation of race walking reserve talents.In the light of this,the paper studies the present condition and countermeasures for the cultivation of Xuzhou youth race walking reserve talents under the background of integrating sports with education.It uses the methods of literature consultation,questionnaire,interview,on-the-spot survey procedure,grounded theories and mathematical statistics to follow the principal line of “research situation--influence factors—difficulties--countermeasures and suggestions",it also studies the development history for the cultivation of Xuzhou Youth Race Walking Reserve Talents system,the basic circumstances of coaches and athletes,the organizational structure,investment funds and field facilities,training and competition,and culture teaching.By collecting the first-hand materials and using rooted coding,this paper explores the influencing factors and find out the problems.Combining with the team development,it offers relevant response and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of Xuzhou youth race walking.The results are as follows:1.current situations for the cultivation of Xuzhou youth race walking reserve talents:Open a practical exploration of “ city team held by middle school ” Form the main core of sports school coaches and the cultivation system with famous high schools as an advantageous platform.They have achieved a certain degree of success in sports performance and personnel delivery.2.Exploring influencing factors about the cultivation of Xuzhou youth race walking reserve talents: the core influencing factors are the cultivation leading forces,the cultivation actions and the cultivation results.Secondary influencing factors are talent cultivation concepts,talent cultivation goals,fostering main bodies,managements,events,learning &training and assessment and evaluation.3.Realistic dilemma about the cultivation of Xuzhou youth race walking reserve talents:Lack of consistencies in education objectives,have difficulties in athlete selections and have fewer competition opportunities,improve security systems,And now they are always confused by the contradictions of learning and training.The assessment and evaluation system is still incomplete.4.Optimization Countermeasures for the cultivation of Xuzhou youth race walking reserve talents,deepen the integration of sports and education,Promote the integration of cultivation thinking and multi-subject participation,optimize the cultivation system of race walking,give first consideration to the need of athletes,improve the cultivation mechanism of race walking,spread the experience of “city team held by middle school”,give play to the role of famous schools,improve the comprehensive quality of athletes,achieve the balance of learning and training,reduce the pressure of coaches,and improve the assessment and evaluation system.
