In recent years,there has been a lot of discussion and research on the problem of teacher’s personal development.As the core of Teacher’s professional development,teacher’s personal education philosophy has attracted much attention from the academic circle.This paper takes a senior primary school teacher as a case,combines the methods of observation,interview,literature research,narrative research and case study,and studies the construction of individual teacher’s philosophy of personal education,as well as the connotation,content and characteristics of individual philosophy of education.By taking individual teacher’s own growth path and spiritual course as the main line,this paper comprehensively and objectively analyzes the important factors that affect the construction of individual educational philosophy in their professional growth process,namely key events and key figures,and finds out the stage characteristics and influencing factors of the construction process of individual teacher’s personal educational philosophy.It is found that the construction of individual education philosophy of case teacher goes through three main stages: "initiation,development and maturity",which covers all life development stages of case teacher from family upbringing,basic education,normal education and entering the workplace.Secondly,the construction of individual educational philosophy of case teacher has not only the characteristics of endogeneity,stability,individuality and practicality summarized by previous studies,but also the characteristics of innovation,creativity and persistence.Thirdly,during the construction of teacher’s personal educational philosophy,the key events experienced and the key figures’ attitudes towards their work,image positioning and career ideal have important enlightenment or correction significance.On the basis of analyzing and examining the construction of individual teacher’s philosophy of personal education,combining with teacher professional development theory,constructivism theory and other relevant theories,this paper proposes that the construction of teacher’s philosophy of personal education should also pay attention to personal career planning,establishment of professional identity and clear self-positioning and other aspects,which is also the relevant suggestions for the construction of teacher’s philosophy of personal education.Introduction.Specifically,it includes the reason for the topic selection,purpose and significance of this research,and summarizes and analyzes the research status of teacher’s personal educational philosophy at home and abroad from three perspectives of connotation,significance and strategy,and describes the thoughts and methods of this research,definition of related concepts and theoretical basis.Chapter One: The rational connotation of teacher’s personal education philosophy.Firstly,from the perspective of educational philosophy and subject belonging,this paper explains the specific connotation of the term "teacher’s personal educational philosophy".Secondly,with educational belief as the core,it explains and supplements the content structure of teacher’s personal educational philosophy from four aspects: professional emotion,professional accomplishment,educational ideal and teaching reflection.Finally,summarize the four characteristics of teacher’s personal education philosophy,namely,practicality,individuality,stability and endogeneity.Chapter Two: Presents the cases of teacher’s personal educational philosophy.This study selects a senior primary school teacher as the object of this case study.Through interviews and exchanges of the teacher’s personal growth experience,observation and experience of the working environment,participation in social interactions,collection and collation of teaching diaries and other relevant materials,the author conducts multi-angle research and investigation on his personal educational philosophy.Firstly,the design and implementation process of this research is explained from four aspects: object selection,data collection,collation and analysis,and research ethics.Secondly,the background information of the case teachers is explained from three aspects,such as the working environment,basic situation and job transfer,and the important stages,key figures and key events in their personal growth process are described in detail from eleven aspects,such as family upbringing,school education,career choice and normal life.In this process,the development and evolution of individual education philosophy of case teachers are presented one by one.Chapter Three: The process analysis of the construction of teacher’s personal educational philosophy.From the initial stage of being a teacher to being a good teacher and then to being a teacher,this paper reveals the influencing factors and the construction context of individual educational philosophy of individual teacher from initiation to maturity.Chapter Four: Some suggestions on the construction of teacher’s personal educational philosophy.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for teachers to construct individual educational philosophy from the aspects of establishing individual career planning,discovering career happiness and sense of identity,and clarifying self-role positioning.
