| Since 2017,based on the realities of the region and the requirements of the modernization of the agricultural industry,the Zibo Yiyuan County Government has introduced management measures for the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,and established a "three-in-one" new-type professional farmer cultivation system,which has achieved good results.However,from the perspective of horizontal and vertical comparisons,the number of training and the quality of training have not reached the expected go als.It is necessary to have a deep understanding of the current situation of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in Yiyuan County exploring existing problems,and proposing countermeasures to promote the accelerated development of rural revitalization in Yiyuan County.This study uses Yiyuan County as a case study and it is divided into the following five parts.Firstly,by reviewing the policy documents and relevant materials issued by the state,the research clarifies the background,research purpose and significance of this topic,and compares the current status of the new professional farmers’ working ability at home and abroad,and put forward the research ideas and methods;Secondly,this research summarizes the characteristics of new-type professional farmers’ basic concepts of new-type professional farmers,and clarify the relevant theories about the cultivation of new-type professional farmers under the background of informationization by studying relevant literature and theoretical works;Thirdly,this research summarizes the employment status of new-type professional farmers in various Towns in Yiyuan County through questionnaire surveys,interviews and field trips,deeply analyzing the problems existing in the improvement of the new-type professional farmers’ employability in Zibo City,and figuring out the deep-seated reasons;Fourthly,this project selects three representative regions from developed countries and three from China;analyzes their typical practices in cultivating new-type professional farmers’ employability;compares and summarizes their successful experiences and common characteristics;and provides ideas for improving the employability of new-type professional farmers in Yiyuan County;Finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasure path for Yiyuan County to improve the employability of new professional farmers in the background of informatization: strengthening the investment in human capital and improve farmers’ capacity for production and operation;optimizing the employment environment and improve farmers’ ability to innovate and start businesses;promoting the integration of "digital + agriculture" and enhance farmers’ ability to apply IT;improving the system for cultivating new-type professional farmers and enhance their professional skills;improving the vocational ability evaluation system to enhance the ability of farmers to continue learning.This thesis adopts an effective combination of theory and practice,qualitative and quantitative research methods.Based on the theoretical research,this thesis conducts literature review,field study,case study and questionnaire surv ey,referring to successful cases from domestic and foreign successful cases to analyze the existing problems and finally proposes solutions.It uses theory as a guide,consolidating and developing theory in practice. |
