In 2019,the National Examination Center of the Ministry of Education established the college entrance examination evaluation system to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for deepening the content reform and proposition of college entrance examination in the new era.The evaluation system of college entrance examination creates the examination carrier which can more truly reflect the problem situation of examinees’ quality,thus forming a trinity quality evaluation system of "examination content,examination requirements and examination carrier".In the college entrance examination evaluation system of "one core,four layers and four wings",the situation is the carrier to realize the content of "four layers" examination and the requirements of "four wings" examination,which plays a key role in examining and cultivating candidates’ geographical literacy.Therefore,under the background of the current college entrance examination reform,the analysis and research on the situation of the college entrance examination is of practical significance.The main purpose of this study is to understand the design characteristics of the geography test situation through the analysis of its test situation,so as to better play the guiding role of the examination in teaching.The analysis framework used to analysis geography situational test questions is reconstructed from the situational typology created by Xavier Roegiers.This research mainly completed the following work: initially reconstruct the original analysis framework of situational typology based on the requirements of China’s college entrance examination evaluation system and the characteristics of geography;the relevant workers and researchers of geography education are invited to participate in the trial work of the analysis framework of the test questions,and finally complete the revision and determination of the analysis framework of the test questions;using this frame to determine the recent five years college entrance examination geography test questions,compare different types of test situations,analyze the main features of the geography test question situation,get relevant teaching enlightenment.The analysis results show that: the test question situation is mainly based on the true situation,the construction of the situation presents a downward trend;the test context tends to use the medium and small scale area context;the situations tend to emphasize that students can appreciate life and generate a sense of patriotism;the opening degree of test context tends to be open;multipoint structure and associative structure are the main forms of situational activity;the measuring of geography key competences emphasizes student’s comprehensive thinking literacy;the measuring of key abilities mainly focuses on the knowledge acquisition ability and the thinking cognition ability group;the forms of situation presentation tend to be diversified.Through the analysis of the situational characteristics of the test questions,the relevant teaching enlightenment is obtained: pay attention to production,life and ecology,and introduce the real situation;refine the small and medium scale area,refine the regional interpretation;integrate context into corresponding knowledge and principles;pay attention to students’ situational thinking activities and implement thinking evaluation;promote the upgrading of literacy based on academic thinking;focus on situational innovation and tap students’ potential of thinking.
