| Biology curriculum resources refer to all material and human conditions available for the implementation of biology courses.It not only affects the teaching process and teaching style of teachers,but also affects the learning process and learning style of students,it is an important factor in determining the effective achievement of curriculum implementation and curriculum objectives.In this study,literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and field investigation were used to investigate the current situation of in-school human resources,off-campus human resources,in-school material resources,off-campus material resources,and financial resources in 22 city,county,and township junior high schools in Jilin Province.This study involved 93 teachers surveyed,93 questionnaires were distributed and 93 were recovered.The following conclusions are drawn from the statistics of the survey data:1.Unbalanced teachers in third-level middle schools in cities,counties and townships.2.Human resources outside middle schools at the city,county and township levels are not fully utilized.3.The allocation and utilization of biological experimental resources in city,county and township middle schools are unbalanced.4.The material resources outside middle schools at the city,county and township levels are not fully utilized.5.The allocation of financial resources in third-level middle schools in cities,counties and townships is uneven.Through a comparative study on the status quo,development and utilization of biology curriculum resources in city,county and township junior high schools in Jilin Province.The reasons for the differences are analyzed,and how to make the biology curriculum resources of city,county and township junior high schools develop in a balanced manner,so as to drive the society to pay attention to the balanced development of curriculum resources of city,county and township junior high schools,so as to improve the status quo of rural education.Based on the actual situation of Jilin Province,relevant countermeasures to promote the balanced development of curriculum resources of junior high schools at the city: 1.Optimize the biology teacher team and enhance the comprehensive quality of biology teachers.2.Value off campus human resources.3.Improve the biological laboratory.4.Increase the proportion of investment in biology funds.county and township levels in Jilin Province are proposed,and this paper is tried to provide a reference basis for the balanced development of biology curriculum resources in junior high schools at the city,county and township levels in Jilin Province. |
