Information technology so as to improve the students cognitive tools, is to train youngstudents innovation ability, an important way to improve their information literacy. However,some township junior middle school information technology teaching, the situation is notoptimistic, in practice there are many problems such as that, in the process of informatization,there is attention to hardware equipment update and improve, ignore the software level upfrom the executive leadership; many schools do not pay attention to the implementation ofmodern information technology teaching. In order to further understand the overall situationof our province Hengshui City Township Middle School Information Technology Teachingand the existing problems, this study selected22villages and towns of Hengshui city in3districts and8counties in primary school as the research object, through the method ofquestionnaire, the school information technology teaching hardware environment,information technology technology the use of teaching materials, teaching and teachersconstruction and other aspects of the investigation, comprehensive understanding of theimplementation of Hengshui City Township curriculum of junior middle school informationtechnology in recent years. To better promote the information technology curriculum adviceon the major findings were as follows:1. Analysis of the township middle school information technology teaching resourceconfiguration1, Hengshui City, although most of the current township middle school hascompleted the environment of campus informatization basic, but some schools campusnetwork because there is no more manpower and material support, information constructionis still inadequate, can not play the role it should play. The information technologycurriculum in rural junior high school of Hengshui City hardware only, can complete the taskof classroom teaching needs, but in fact, the computer’s hardware configuration is relativelybackward, can not keep up with the era of information technology development, there aresome schools also exist quality does not follow to go up, the lower grades.2. most of the township middle school textbooks with mostly by the School DistrictEducation Bureau direct selection and distribution of textbooks, school choice is very small. At present the use of the materials have the following shortcomings: is the starting point ofthe problem in compiling the textbook; teaching content outdated, it is difficult to adapt to theneeds of the rapid development of the information age; the multimedia aspects of inadequateinvestment.3. at present the information technology teacher’s information concept, teachinginnovation and scientific research is the most worthy of attention and need to improve on.The teacher’s teaching idea guidance teacher’s teaching style and level, only to improve theinformation technology teacher’s teaching idea, in order to make the information technologycurriculum from the shackles of the traditional, get a better teaching effect.4. the role of information technology curriculum and the teachers in school, its positionis still relatively poor. Compared with other teachers, the most obvious difference mainly liesin: to participate in the occupation less training, and the training content is relatively single,more adverse to the occupation development of information technology teachers; second isthe integration of information technology and subject teaching situation is not ideal, not theinformation technology courses and other courses teaching.According to the survey questions, the author obtained by using the theory of literaturereview and interview methods, analysis the main reasons of its formation:1. distribution configuration of the low and small number of problems in the township ofHengshui city junior high school information technology hardware.2. Most of the textbooks textbook direct payment of District Education Bureau by theschool, so school choice is very small.3. The problem of existing in rural junior high school information technology curriculummainly lies in: one is schools do not attach importance to the subject of learning; two is thecourse content boring, lack of practical ability; third is the relationship between teachers andstudents part-time computer tension is not too well, because the teacher is mostly part-timeand backbone teachers, students some fear the teachers, the relationship between the teachersand the students seemed nervous.4. The current learning opportunities in the information technology teachers in ruraljunior high school in Hengshui city is less, the relatively low level of participation in theexchange, the less chance, it is difficult to meet the basic needs of teacher’s information technology ability.To solve the above problems, this paper puts forward the following main improveteaching information technology infrastructure junior township:(1) By introducing themarket mechanism, broaden the financing channels, to broaden the financing channels.(2)Change the educational ideas, strengthening information technology resources construction.(3) The use of standardized materials preparation, update, make necessary additions to theinformation technology teaching material use.(4) The improvement of teaching methods inteaching, improve teaching quality, the rural teachers of junior middle school informationtechnology training to suit one’s measures to local conditions, teach students in accordancewith their aptitude.(5) To improve the level of professional development of teachers ininformation technology and its position in the school.
