In January 2021,the Ministry of Education and other six departments jointly issued the guidance on the construction of the teacher team,reflecting the great importance of the national and government level to the professional development of teachers.The improvement of teachers’ teaching ability,as an important embodiment of promoting teachers’ professional growth and improving teaching quality,will be increasingly prominent in the value of development.It has become a great event in the field of higher education to guide teachers to love teaching,to devote themselves to teaching,to research teaching and to educate people,which is in line with the requirements of The Times of higher education development.With the implementation and deepening of the new curriculum reform,classroom teaching pays more attention to the subject status of students and students’ overall growth,and pays more attention to the vitality of teachers,students and knowledge.However,due to the influence of traditional teaching habits and other factors,the dull classroom atmosphere in colleges and universities has become a common phenomenon,ignoring the vitality of classroom teaching,so it is of certain theoretical and practical value to improve the vitality of teachers’ classroom and build a dynamic classroom.Reading of vast amount of classroom vitality in this study,on the basis of related literature,according to the connotation and elements of classroom activity,USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method deeply understand the development of university teachers’ classroom activity,and try to analysis in the process of development problems and the reasons behind,thus to improve university teachers’ classroom dynamic study of the implementation of the strategy and program,Provide reference and reference.The research found that the overall practice of classroom vitality in colleges and universities is not obvious,the development of all aspects is not balanced,and the level is high or low.Teachers have the following problems in improving the classroom vitality: lack of subject quality,lack of department support and lack of institutional guarantee.Based on the analysis of the dilemma,The ways for college teachers to improve their classroom vitality are as follows:Educational concepts should be updated,Clarify the student subject model,Tostimulate the will of independent development,To achieve their own professional development,Enhance classroom reflection research,Proactively generate research results;Departments,departments and departments,Should conform to the needs of teacher development,To maximize the common benefits,Build a complete cooperation team,Realize the mass collaborative innovation of teaching,Attach importance to strengthening teaching management,Encourage teachers and students to participate in university governance;Institutional aspects,Adopt a dynamic and multiple evaluation method,Establish the scientific and effective evaluation indicators,Improve the reasonable and flexible incentive mechanism,Stimulate and mobilize teachers’ enthusiasm for work,Improve the training system for college teachers,Help the sustainable development of teachers.
