Education is the foundation of building a strong country.In recent years,a series of policies issued by the country have shown that the country attaches more and more importance to education.The change of the times affects the form of education.The development of education needs to seek breakthroughs,and vocational education is an important breakthrough.The main direction of teaching development in the vocational education system is to comprehensively cultivate students’ professional ability,strengthen the core quality of talents,and improve the quality of talents based on professional ability.In the current social background,with the increasing demand for talents and the continuous development of the education industry,it is necessary to strengthen the combination of vocational competence-oriented and build a complete vocational education and teaching system.It is necessary to fully combine the curriculum teaching objectives and the perspective of the teaching system to conduct in-depth research,so as to ensure the pertinence and scientific characteristics of the construction of the education and teaching reform program.This paper is mainly based on professional ability,and takes the teaching design of the course "Enterprise Accounting Practice" in secondary vocational school as an example.First of all,through the method of literature research,interview,questionnaire,etc.,this paper analyzes and studies the current situation of the teaching of Enterprise Accounting Practice in secondary vocational schools and the demand for professional ability of accounting posts.Then combine constructivism learning theory,humanism theory,and competency-based education theory as the theoretical basis of this paper to carry out teaching design,so that the teaching of Enterprise Accounting Practice can aim at the learning characteristics of secondary vocational students,stimulate their learning interest,and through learning this course,secondary vocational students can have a more comprehensive and clear understanding of the work content and job responsibilities of accounting posts.Thus,it will make the future employment plan of secondary vocational students clearer and clearer.The teaching design of Enterprise Accounting Practice,which is based on professional ability,is more targeted.It aims to cultivate students’ professional ability in the teaching process from the professional needs of accounting positions.Finally,the teaching design scheme is applied to the teaching of the course "Enterprise Accounting Practice" in secondary vocational schools to test the teaching effect of the classroom,and constantly reflect and improve.Practice has proved that the teaching design based on professional ability is more suitable for the teaching of the course "Enterprise Accounting Practice" in secondary vocational schools,and the secondary vocational students trained in this way are more preferred by enterprises.
