China’s vocational education is undergoing a leap from rapid development to high-quality development.At the same time,the professional curriculum teaching in secondary vocational schools faces many challenges in the process of reform,due to the different demands for skilled talents between regions and modern enterprises.As the operation guideline of course teaching,instructional design is an important part of teaching reform.Its purpose is to improve the teaching quality by optimizing the teaching process,and the level of teaching quality affects the learning effectiveness of students,which should raise our awareness.In the teaching of professional courses in secondary vocational schools,students’ skill learning effect is an important reference factor for measuring and evaluating the teaching effect.Therefore,how to make secondary vocational students master professional skills to the fullest in professional courses through reasonable instructional design is a problem that educators must be considered and explored in the current classroom teaching reform in secondary vocational schools.Based on the learning background,learning needs and career expectations of secondary vocational students,this study applies anchored teaching to the instructional design and implementation of the course with the course Procurement Practice as the carrier.First of all,the current situation of classroom teaching of professional courses in secondary vocational schools is investigated and analyzed through questionnaires and interviews,combining with the learning needs of secondary vocational students for the course Procurement Practice,a matching anchoring teaching process is designed.Secondly,based on the designed anchoring teaching process,it will be applied to the instructional design of the course Procurement Practice in secondary vocational schools,and the anchoring teaching will be divided into pre-casting teaching,mid-casting teaching and post-casting teaching in teaching activities.Finally,the author collects the relevant data of the teaching experiment through the questionnaire and interview survey,and uses the comparative analysis method to carry out the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of the collected research data,and finally draws the advantages and disadvantages of anchoring teaching applied to the teaching of professional courses in secondary vocational schools.The research has shown that anchoring teaching has many advantages in the teaching of professional courses in secondary vocational schools: first,it is conducive to students to adjust their learning status according to learning objectives in the classroom,and give full play to their own advantages in the subsequent classroom training to cooperate in completing group tasks;Second,it is beneficial to cultivate students’ ablities to independent thinking and innovation,and promote the improvement of students’ professional skill proficiency;Third,it is beneficial for students to distinguish easily mixed professional knowledge,reduce errors and mistakes in classroom training tasks,and improve skill learning efficiency.
