| From the reform and opening up in 1978 to the present,China’s market economy has made great progress,at the same time social mobility has been continuously enhanced, the number of women married across provinces has continued to increase, especially the daughters-in-law of foreign ethnic minorities have become a group, which cannot be ignored in demographic and sociological research.Compared with the traditional small-scale and close marriage migration, the marriage span of foreign minority daughters-in-law is large and long-spanning,which is the difference between her and traditional marriage migration, and because of this, there is a large psychological gap and cultural gap between foreign minority daughters-in-law and local community residents. This study analyzes the problems from the aspects of physiology, psychology and social environment, uses the psychosocial treatment model in casework to intervene in foreign ethnic minority wives, and elaborates the specific service process, and explores the feasibility and effectiveness of psychosocial therapy model in the community integration of foreign minority daughters-in-law.The study found that the problems of community integration such as language communication barriers, conflict between eating habits and living habits, disharmony in family and neighborhood relations, conflict of family concepts, and low willingness to participate in community public activities can be attributed to the combined effect of internal and external factors, namely cultural factors, psychological awareness factors, family factors, and community environmental factors. The psychosocial treatment model as a way to intervene in the integration of minority daughters-in-law communities is the right choice. The psychosocial treatment model not only pays attention to the physical and psychological problems and causes of the client, but also pays more attention to the pressure and influence of the external environment. In this case, the social worker guided the client to develop her own interests, change her excessive focus on her own flaws, form a correct self-perception,guide her out of the family, into the community to reach out to others, and build a social support network. The change of service target and the evaluation of effectiveness show that it is feasible and effective to use psychosocial treatment models to intervene in the integration of foreign minority daughters-in-law into the community. |
