With the popularization of higher education in China,people pay less and less attention to secondary vocational preschool normal students,but at present secondary vocational preschool normal students are still the main force of middle and western preschool teachers.Educational practice is an indispensable teaching link in the training of preschool normal students in secondary vocational schools,and an important part of the school practice teaching system.Therefore,strengthening the research on the education practice management of preschool normal school students in secondary vocational schools is the fundamental guarantee to improve the quality of education of preschool normal school students,the practical need to standardize the practice management of preschool normal school students,and the effective measure to enhance the post ability of preschool normal school students.In order to improve the training quality of preschool students in secondary vocational schools and enhance the implementation effect of educational practice.Taking SCHOOL L as a case study,this study investigated and analyzed the educational practice management of preschool normal students in secondary vocational schools by means of literature research,interview survey and questionnaire survey.It found that there were the following problems in the organizational management process of the school,the kindergarten’s understanding of practice and the self-management of interns: First,due to the insufficient attention of the school,the school has lax control over the qualification of the internship units,and the practice is scattered;The effect of pre-job training is not ideal;The level of school practice guidance teachers needs to be improved.Second,the kindergarten management is not in place,resulting in the kindergarten practice management system is not perfect,the internship subsidy is not reasonable;Kindergarten teacher guidance lack of planning,professional.Third,due to the lack of self-positioning,students have poor psychological adaptability,their comprehensive quality needs to be improved,and lack of initiative in practice.According to the reasons for the above problems,some optimization strategies are proposed for the management of educational practice from the three levels of school,kindergarten and students,hoping that the school level can update the management mode and achieve the training objectives.Kindergarten level can strengthen supervision and management,improve the quality of guidance;Students can strengthen self-management and improve professional accomplishment.It is expected that the optimization strategy proposed in this study can improve the management level of educational practice,provide reference for the majority of secondary vocational school education practice,and make a contribution to the construction of a high-quality preschool education team in China.
