In the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,vocational education has a bright future,which is deeply valued and strongly supported by the country and the government.A series of documents,such as Notice on carrying out Action to Improve the ability of Teachers in Vocational Education and Professional Standards for Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools(Trial),emphasize that attention should be paid to improving the ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools and constantly improving their professional development ability.However,the quality of personnel training and teaching in secondary vocational education still need to be improved.There is obvious difference between talent training and social demand;Training objectives,curriculum Settings and other aspects lag behind industrial development obviously;The construction of "double professional" teachers is not perfect,lack of enterprise interaction and other problems.As the mainstay of secondary vocational education,subject teachers in secondary vocational schools are more likely to apply their rich teaching experience into classroom teaching.Studying the classroom bishop behavior of subject teachers in tourism majors in secondary vocational schools and summarizing the characteristics of the classroom bishop behavior of subject teachers can form a reference for ordinary teachers’ classroom teaching.To help ordinary teachers achieve the goal of optimizing classroom teaching behavior and improving the quality of classroom teaching.In this paper,effective teaching theory,interactive teaching theory,positivism,etc.,as the theoretical basis,classroom observation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,case study method as the research method,using the time of education practice,observe the classroom teaching of two famous teachers of secondary vocational tourism major for a three-month period of observation and research,and finally select one lesson as the research lesson.By recording their classroom teaching as videos,recording their main classroom teaching behaviors on the observation scale,combining with student questionnaires and teacher interviews,this paper summarizes the behavior characteristics of the famous teachers of tourism majors in secondary vocational schools in the classroom,in order to provide reference for other in-service ordinary teachers to optimize classroom teaching.The results show that the famous teachers of tourism major in secondary vocational schools have the characteristics of reflecting professional ability in knowledge presentation,highlighting professional quality in behavior,flexible and rich use of teaching means,etc.Classroom dialogue behavior has the characteristics of classroom question and answer to strengthen students’ cooperation,teacher evaluation according to students’ learning characteristics,etc.Some inspirations can also be drawn from it: firstly,reshape the value of blackboard writing to help students build a knowledge system;Secondly,the language is accurate and concise,making it easier for students to understand;Finally,attach importance to questioning and feedback strategies,and cultivate students’ questioning ability.
