Cooperation between museums and schools is not only an effective way for schools to use social education resources to improve teaching and learning activities,but also an important part of museum education.As school education reform progresses and museums advance in their development,the value and role of museum-school cooperation is increasingly recognized and valued.Museum-school cooperation is an effective supplement to school education,facilitating the overall development of students and improving teachers’ teaching skills.At the same time,museum-school cooperation is the embodiment of the museum’s educational function,which is conducive to achieving a reasonable allocation of educational resources in the region.Therefore,museums and schools should form a close cooperative relationship and establish a long-term mechanism for cooperation.At present,all parts of China are actively exploring the paths and ways of cooperation between museums and schools,and the cooperation between museums and schools in different regions presents different development situations.Zhengzhou has a large number of museums and a rich variety of museum-school cooperation resources.The cooperation between museums and schools in Zhengzhou has gone through three stages: early germination,pilot exploration and full-scale development,and has gradually established four forms of cooperation: teachers and students visiting museums,museum resources on campus,developing thematic curriculum and organizing study tours,expanding the coverage of cooperation and deepening the process of cooperation.However,the cooperation between museums and schools in Zhengzhou still suffers from the lack of characteristics in content and form,unbalanced development,weak team strength and immature evaluation,which is caused by insufficient utilization of museum resources,lack of school subjectivity,lack of use of digital technology,unclear division of responsibilities,lack of teacher training,and lack of relevant mechanisms.In order to optimize the current situation of cooperation between museums and schools in Zhengzhou and promote the establishment and development of a long-term mechanism of museum-school cooperation,it is first necessary to enrich the content of cooperation,innovate the form of cooperation,and create a brand of museum-school cooperative education while enhancing the comprehensiveness and comprehensiveness of knowledge supply.Secondly,we need to strengthen the cooperation of multiple parties,promote the balanced development of library-school cooperation,led by the government,the library,school and society work together to build a cooperation platform.It should also focus on talent training,optimize the cooperation team,recruit and train professionals,and adopt the education model of dual-teacher teaching.Finally,the content and methods of assessment should be enriched,and each assessment link before,during and after should be improved to guarantee the effective implementation of long-term cooperation between museums and schools.
