Research On The Influence Of Internet Public Opinion On College Students’ Ideological And Political Education In The New Era And Countermeasures

Along with the rapid popularization of network technology,the network media has become the collection and distribution center of ideological and cultural information and the amplifier of social opinion.The degree of attention to social hot issues and the speed of solving individual interests and demands may cause hype on the network and trigger the network public opinion.College students in the new era are basically network natives,and their lives are inseparable from the network,so they are very likely to express their views on issues they care about,such as individual interests and demands,and social hotspot phenomena through the Internet.They are very susceptible to the influence of online public opinion,and may have indifferent or weakened ideals and beliefs,conflicting values,mood swings and misbehavior,which brings a great challenge to the ideological and political education work of college students.Based on this,this paper explores the influence of online public opinion on the ideological and political education of college students in the new era and the response path in four parts.The first part is a frontier review of the article,which summarizes and organizes relevant academic works on online public opinion,ideological and political education of college students and the connection between them,and clarifies the thematic points and innovation points of the analysis.The second part relies on Marx’s theory of human nature,the environmental theory of ideological and political education and the gatekeeper and opinion leader theories of communication,explores the concepts and characteristics of online public opinion and college students’ ideological and political education,and clarifies the relationship between online public opinion and college students’ ideological and political education.summarizes the positive and negative effects of online public opinion on college students’ ideological and political education in the context of the new era,and explores the causes of the negative effects brought by online public opinion on college students’ ideological and political education.The third part uses literature research method,questionnaire method,interview method and interdisciplinary research method to combine the current situation of college students’ participation in online public opinion in the new era as reflected by the questionnaire data and interview survey content,and the current situation of college students’ ideological and political education being influenced by online public opinion,summarizes the positive and negative effects of the new era,and explores the causes of the negative effects brought by online public opinion on college students’ ideological and political education.The fourth part examines the causes of the negative effects of network public opinion on the ideological and political education of college students.The fourth part deals with the negative effects of online public opinion from four dimensions: society should highlight the mainstream values,strengthen the construction of rule of law and enhance the source supervision;universities should improve the control mechanism of online public opinion,optimize the work team of online public opinion and build the platform of online public opinion communication;educators should concentrate on changing the concept of education,innovate the education and teaching methods and improve the effectiveness of teaching;and college students should improve the effectiveness of online public opinion.At the level of educators,they should make efforts to change the concept of education,innovate education and teaching methods,and improve teaching effectiveness;at the level of college students,they should improve the ability of discerning information on network public opinion,strengthen the literacy of network rule of law and enhance the moral literacy of network.The purpose is to provide ideas and theoretical references to improve the relevance and effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students and to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education in colleges and universities by taking the above measures.
