| Habit has an important influence on person’s character and fate. Childhood is the critical period of the individual behavior habit formation. In this period, the habits once formed, it is difficult to correct. For learning, learning habits is the psychological basis of study quality. Habit is not only the result of learning and training, it is a foundation for the formation of a new learning and new habits. In the process of learning habit-developing, early admission stage is the key period of the students’ learning habit-formation. Learning habits of students during this period have an important impact on students’ academic performance in the future and the development of learning ability. So it is the important aspect of the primary grades education and the starting point of the lifelong education to research the development of students’ good study habits. For early admission first grade primary school students, both family and school should take good use of this Critical period and develop their good study habits.In this research the author consulted and organized the related literatures to grasp the present situation of the learning habits research and the students’learning habits. Then came into the classroom of grade one and used the method of case study to researched the process of one-grade primary school students’learning habits developing. The author collected research data from real education context by interviewing the teachers and parents, observing the classroom and extracurricular and analyzing of the data.In this research the study habits ware ascribed to three different levels-the primary study habits,the intermediate study habits and advanced study habits.The research content focused on the habits of learning preparation,learning health participating in class,abiding by the classroom discipline, independent study and cooperative learning.At the same time the first grade primary school students’ learning habits process was divided into five different stages according to the stability differences of the research object’behavior-"difficult to control stage","direct reinforcement phase","vicarious reinforcement stage","self-conscious conformity stage" and "relatively stable stage". And summarized the research object’ main behavior characteristics and influencing factors of each stage.The author also worked out two "special phenomenon" of the process-"progress by leaps and bounds" and "sudden return to zero"-from the research data.And analyzed the causes of these particular phenomenon combined with the corresponding "impact factor".On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the research data,the "house charts of the learning habits developing process" was built with "learning habits type" and "learning habits stage" as two basis points. Through this study, the author also found that the process of the first grade primary school students’ learning habits developing has these characteristics-periodically, repeatability, diversity and so on.Factors influencing the study learning habits developing included students themselves, teachers, peer groups, environment and family.The effective measures that can play a facilitating role to develop the research object’ learning habits include the researcher’s measures-to take the lead role of teachers and help the children integrate into the class group, and the teacher’s measures-a "cultivating object" each week, setting good students as learning models, guiding the learning atmosphere of the class, clearing requirements to the child, taking good use of "impact factor" and so on. |
