| If there are new goals in the new era,new requirements will be put forward for education.OBE concept is an education model guided by the final learning results,emphasizing that the training of talents should be based on the needs of society and people’s all-round development,because talents are the first productive force of social development.General Secretary Xi once proposed that the college education concept of "not seeking the largest,but the best,but adapting to social needs" also focuses on adapting to the needs of social development,which coincides with the OBE education concept.Therefore,as an important part of college courses,the teaching objectives of Basketball Optional Courses need to be innovated,and the educational function and value need to be further explored.However,its teaching objectives focus on the teaching of knowledge and lack of comprehensive quality training,which is difficult to meet the needs of talent training in Colleges and universities in the new era.Therefore,this paper uses OBE concept to guide the construction of basketball teaching goal index system,which can meet the needs of social development and students’ learning needs,and has practical significance.Using the methods of text analysis,interview and field investigation,this paper analyzes the goal setting and existing problems of basketball curriculum syllabus in 6sample colleges.In depth interviews were conducted with college basketball course teachers,leaders of social enterprises and institutions,heads of college employment centers,students of Basketball Optional Courses and other personnel.On this basis,this paper analyzes the development process of the teaching objectives of Basketball Optional Course,and combined with the interpretation of government documents,preliminarily puts forward the training objective index system of Basketball Optional Course.Through Delphi method,this paper optimizes and modifies the teaching objective index system of Basketball Optional Course.The expert coordination coefficients of the first round of primary and secondary indicators are 0.38 and 0.37;The expert coordination coefficients of the second round of primary and secondary indicators are 0.43 and 0.413.The overall evaluation of experts shows an upward trend(P<0.01),and the overall consistency of expert opinions is less than 0.01.Finally,the training index system of teaching objectives of ordinary Basketball Optional Courses from the perspective of OBE is established,which is expected to provide reference for the reform and optimization of physical education courses at the present stage.Finally,through the supply side reform theory,this paper analyzes the optimization strategies of College Basketball Optional Courses in various supply factors,so as to ensure the achievement of teaching objectives.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)At present,the teaching of Basketball Optional Course tends to teach the course knowledge and skills,emphasize the all-round development of physical fitness and pay attention to the development of physical and mental health.Lack of training for the goal of Ideological and political education.(2)The problems in the setting of teaching objectives are: the level of teaching objectives is fuzzy,the scope of comprehensive ability training is limited,and there is a lack of the goal of keeping pace with the times.(3)The teaching objective index system of Basketball Optional Course in OBE colleges and universities includes 6 primary indicators and 38 secondary indicators.The primary indicators involve 6 objective dimensions: sports participation,physical health,mental health,sports skills,social adaptation and ideological and political education.The secondary indicators mainly involve: actively participating in sports activities,lifelong sports awareness,mastering basic curriculum knowledge,having a healthy physique,pressure resistance,innovation ability,enjoying the fun of sports,interpersonal communication ability,patriotism,collective sense of honor,etc.(4)The countermeasures to optimize the supply side of Basketball Optional Courses are: the government jointly controls colleges and universities to enhance the teaching level of teachers;Reverse design the course content and keep the content close to the teaching goal;The teaching methods are innovative and diverse,and the evaluation methods are reasonable and appropriate;Pay attention to the balanced development of supply and demand and implement continuous optimization and improvement. |
