Research On The Optimization Development Of Zhejiang Youth Basketball Training Organization Based On The Background Of Supply Side Reform

With the change of social principal contradiction in our country,the people's demand for sports service has been promoted,the sports industry of our country has developed rapidly in recent years,and it has become a sunrise industry.The vigorous development of sports industry not only can actively guide people's health consciousness,play more and more important role in social economy,and sports training,as an important component of sports service industry in Zhejiang Province,has become the industrial content of the rapid growth of sports industry in Zhejiang province.This article takes 20 Zhejiang Youth Basketball Training organization as the object of investigation,under the guidance of "supply side reform",through the investigation of the characteristics of the supply side and the demand side of the youth basketball training market in Zhejiang Province,puts forward some suggestions for the development of the Youth basketball organization in Zhejiang Province according to the demand characteristics This paper investigates and analyzes the demand-side demand characteristics and the shortages of the supply side of the youth basketball training market in Zhejiang Province through the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical Statistics,logical analysis and expert interview,and concludes as follows:(1)in Zhejiang Province,youth basketball training organization coaches in the presence of a very small number of women coaches,lack of senior coaches and part-time coaches excessive proportion of large coaches to the mobility of the situation,can not meet the demand side of teaching experienced coaches,women coaches and a stable coach team needs.(2)The professional quality of coaches in Zhejiang Youth Basketball training institutions is not high,the subjective initiative is low,leading to the teaching method is too boring,lack of innovation,can not meet the demand side of the curriculum fun,entertainment needs.(3)The Training Service of the Youth basketball training organization in Zhejiang Province is based on the traditional basketball skill training,and the marketing mode is unitary,which can not satisfy the demand party's characteristic,individuation and diversified consumption demand.(4)The lack of relevant professional knowledge of the managers of the youth basketball training institutions in Zhejiang Province lacks the awareness of Internet marketing and can not meet the needs of the demand side through the network platform.In view of the above conclusions,put forward the following suggestions:(1)The Youth basketball training institutions in Zhejiang Province should fully understand the demand-side demand characteristics,combine the current training status,and optimize the coaches,courses,products and services to realize the reform and upgrade of the supply side of the basketball training institutions.(2)The Youth Basketball training organization of Zhejiang province should enlarge the recruitment of senior coaches,female coaches and full-time coaches,and make corresponding system to manage the part-time coaches in order to ensure the stability and rationality of the coach team structure.(3)The Youth Basketball training organization of Zhejiang province should strictly control the recruitment of coaches,establish the performance appraisal system of the on-the-job coaches,strengthen the cooperation with the sports colleges and the Basketball Brigade,and regularly let the coaches to learn the relevant knowledge of basketball skills,pedagogy and psychology.(4)The Youth basketball training institutions in Zhejiang Province should cooperate closely with the universities in the management and marketing courses,and strengthen the management talents of training institutions.(5)The Youth Basketball training organization of Zhejiang Province should carry out the interesting service of rich content,various kinds of basketball training course and each group Basketball League,and introduce the special service such as the fine course of different crowd and the student comprehensive evaluation system,etc.(6)The Youth Basketball training organization of Zhejiang province should take "Internet +" as means,use Internet,large data and other information service,improve the stickiness interaction between service supplier and demand side,realize enterprise transformation and upgrade.
