With the development of economic globalization and the deepening of curriculum reform,China’s education reform has put forward higher and higher requirements for teachers.Only teachers who have the corresponding key classroom teaching ability can better fulfill their duties,cultivate more outstanding talents,and make more contributions to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.High school political teachers,as the backbone of moral education in high school,should strive to cultivate high-quality talents with decent conduct and good ideological and moral character,which cannot be separated from classroom teaching,but also from teachers with key abilities of classroom teaching.Especially under the background of the new round of basic education curriculum reform,it is of great practical significance to explore the problem of cultivating the key ability of high school politics teachers in classroom teaching.This study with teacher professional development theory,effective teaching theory and the Marx person’s full scale development theory as the instruction,the integrated use of the research methods of literature study and questionnaire survey,select a few public high schools to the urban areas of quanzhou carp teachers as research object,summarizes the key high school political lesson teacher classroom teaching ability present situation and existing problems.It is found that high school politics teachers have strong ability of value discrimination and can criticize wrong thoughts scientifically.Information acquisition in a timely manner,rich theoretical reading capacity and other advantages,but at the same time,there are poor value propaganda effect,education is too rigid;The language expression is not thorough enough,and the theoretical explanation is not deep enough.Through in-depth analysis,it is concluded that the causes of problems existing in the key teaching abilities of senior high school politics teachers,such as school teaching atmosphere,insufficient student participation,teachers’ professional knowledge and other reasons,And key ability in cultivating high school political lesson teacher classroom teaching should follow the theory and actual unifies,the teaching and education unifies,dominant and main body unifies the commonness and individuality,and unifies the principle on the basis of,put forward the cultivation strategy of targeted,respectively from adding value leading force,stand firm frontier ideology;Enhance the explanatory power of theory,enhance the appeal of ideological and political teaching;Enhance cognitive fit,multi-exploration to guide efficient classroom;To improve the practice of guidance,highlighting the status of students in class four aspects to solve the problem.Through the above cultivation strategies,high school politics teachers can better find problems in the practical application of classroom teaching,timely reflection,self-improvement,and effectively improve the effectiveness of high school politics classroom teaching.
