Research On Present Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Teacher Training In Colleges And Universities In Laos

Teachers in Colleges and universities in Laos are gardeners to cultivate professional talents,and teacher training is an important way to improve the teaching ability and professional knowledge level of teachers in colleges and universities in Laos.How to improve the quality and effectiveness of the training of college teachers in Laos is an urgent issue for the higher education community in Laos.The training of teachers in higher education in Laos has not formed a complete system for a long time,the relevant teaching theories are not perfect,and the education system also has certain limitations.Based on this background,in order to explore the training situation of teachers in Colleges and universities in Laos,this paper takes the training of teachers in colleges and universities in Laos as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the training system of teachers in colleges and universities in Laos from two aspects of development process and content.Secondly,the present situation of teacher training in Colleges and universities in Laos is analyzed from three aspects: overview,training situation and training results.Then it analyzes the problems and causes of teacher training in Colleges and universities in Laos.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the teacher training in Laos by referring to the successful experience of Japanese university teacher training.Through the analysis and research of teacher training in Laos,this paper further reveals the problems and loopholes existing in the training of teachers in Laos.In this paper,the author deeply analyzes the reasons for the existence of the current college teacher training system in Laos,and puts forward the corresponding scientific and reasonable solutions and improvement measures.To some extent,the research of this paper can provide reference for Laos to achieve the strategic goals of teacher training in higher education,further reduce the governance problems of teachers in Colleges and universities in Laos,give play to the adjustment and incentive role of the teacher training system in colleges and universities,and help Laos to complete the education reform and improve the education level.
