On March 2,2021,the 2021 National People’s Congress survey hot words list was released by People’s Daily News and education reform ranked seventh. It can be seen that with the development of the times, the reform of basic education has already become an indispensable topic for every household. In different periods, educational reforms have different connotations, but they are all to create more colorful and high-quality educational resources to meet the needs of society for high-quality education. In 2017,the Ministry of Education officially released the General High School Physics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition),which requires the development of core competencies in physics, and the physics textbooks based on the new curriculum standards have also been revised accordingly. The original Luke experimental textbook used in the physics teaching stage of senior high school in Fujian Province has also been replaced with a new revised textbook.Teaching materials are the basis for teachers to implement the curriculum, but the application of this revised version of teaching materials in high school physics teaching is still short. The study found that most front-line teachers have weak discussions on the new textbooks,it is ambiguous for the direction of curriculum reform and the changes in the new textbooks. Therefore,it is more difficult to change the educational goal from three-dimensional goal to core quality, and it is difficult to implement the requirements of national policies and curriculum standards. The study will compare the old and new curriculum standards to find out the differences between the core literacy and the original three-dimensional teaching objectives, and what changes have been made to the compilation of teaching materials.Taking Luke’s version of compulsory textbooks as an example, the old and new textbooks are compared and analyzed, the author try to find out the design of highlighting the core literacy of physics in the new teaching materials, and help front-line teachers make better use of the new teaching materials to transform from three-dimensional objectives to cultivating the core literacy of physics. This paper is divided into six chapters, the main contents are as follows: The first chapter mainly expounds the background, significance and research methods of textbook research;the second chapter introduces the definition of related concepts and research overview;the third chapter makes a comparative analysis of the 03 and 17 editions of physics curriculum standards for senior high schools;the fourth chapter takes the revised Compulsory One and the experimental compulsory one as examples to make a comparative analysis of the contents of the new and old textbooks, giving examples of the content design that highlights the core literacy in the new version of the textbook;the fifth chapter expounds the conclusion of the comparison between the new and old curriculum standards and the new and old textbooks, and putting forward some suggestions on the use of the new textbook;the sixth chapter is the summary of the full text research and shows the innovation and deficiency of the research. It is hoped that the majority of physics teachers will have a deeper understanding of the 17 th edition of the curriculum standard and revised textbooks, and better serve the national education cause.
