The Chinese Basketball Association restarted the "Small Basketball Development Plan" in 2017.The development of my country’s small basketball has opened a new chapter in the new era.The number and scale of small basketball training institutions have been expanding,and small basketball leagues at all levels have emerged.The standardization of training institutions and league operations has made society have new requirements for the quantity and quality of young basketball coaches.However,it was only a few months from the establishment of the Chinese Basketball Association’s coaching certification and training system to the opening of the first E-level coaches training class.The implementation and post-correction are still in use to this day,resulting in discrepancies between the actual implementation process and the actual needs,for example,the school hours cannot meet the teaching needs,and the training content is outdated.It shows that the training syllabus for E-level coaches has a large space for improvement.Starting from optimizing the training syllabus of the E-level coaches of the Chinese Basketball Association,promoting the training reform and improving the quality of training are of great significance to the construction of the team of young basketball coaches and the healthy and long-term development of small basketball.This article takes the training syllabus of the E-level coaches of the Chinese Basketball Association as the research object,and participates in the training courses for the E-level coaches in Fujian,Guangdong,Jiangxi,Zhejiang,Shandong,Jiangsu and other places organized by the Chinese Basketball Association in 2021.Students and trainers are the survey objects.In order to improve the training syllabus of E-level coaches,make the training of E-level coaches more scientific and standardized,and further improve the training quality of E-level coaches,it provides theoretical reference.This research uses literature,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,field investigations and other research methods to conduct in-depth investigations on the description,teaching tasks,teaching content,class time allocation,teaching form and assessment plan of the Chinese Basketball Association E-level coach training syllabus.The analysis led to the following conclusions:One Problems existing in the teaching syllabus and the operation process1.The framework of the training syllabus for the E-level coaches of the Chinese Basketball Association is relatively complete,covering contents such as instructions,teaching tasks,teaching content,teaching forms and hours allocation,and assessment plans.2.The trainees are mainly coaches of social basketball training institutions,with undergraduate degrees as the mainstay,with a wide range of professional sources,the proportion of sports majors does not reach 50%,and nearly 90% of the trainees have coaching experience of varying years,and the ratio of male and female trainees Serious imbalance,and the selection mechanism is unreasonable,resulting in uneven levels of students.3.The main body of the teaching task is ambiguous,the content uses vague and general expressions,and does not clearly stipulate the level that the students should reach.4.The teaching content is rich and detailed,involving basic sports knowledge and special basketball knowledge,but no training materials for E-level coaches have been prepared.The teaching content is not focused,the lack of teaching hours results in a lack of depth and breadth,and the teaching content is not comprehensive,etc.question.5.Most of the students recognized the teaching form,and some students believed that the single teaching form resulted in low enthusiasm and enthusiasm for the class,which affected the training effect;some lecturers and students believed that the number of hours specified in the syllabus was insufficient and could not meet their own needs.6.The assessment plan has a relatively complete structure,involving assessment methods,requirements,content,proportional distribution and standard requirements.The detailed rules of the assessment plan are not perfect,the assessment content lacks the assessment of the students’ personal skills,and no scoring rules have been issued for the practical assessment.The deficiencies in the assessment cannot give timely feedback to the students,which affects the training and identification of E-level coaches to a certain extent.Second,the specific optimization measures of the syllabusIn view of the problems existing in the syllabus for the training of E-level coaches of the Chinese Basketball Association,the following optimization measures are made by using the teaching process optimization theory for the description part of the syllabus,teaching tasks,teaching content,teaching form,class hour allocation and assessment plan: 1..Description part: Improve the selection mechanism for E-level coach training students;adjust the training hours,increase the total hours by 20 hours,add 5 hours of theoretical courses,add 13 hours of practical courses,add 5 hours of assessment and 2 hours of maneuver.2.Using Bloom’s classification theory of teaching objectives to optimize the teaching task into the teaching objectives of "cognitive domain","skill domain" and "affective domain".3.Use the optimization method to divide the teaching content into the main part and the expansion part,and select 4 courses from the courses that the students want to develop and add them to the expansion part of the teaching content.4.Redistribute the optimized teaching hours according to the importance of the teaching content;add new teaching forms such as teacher-student dialogue,teaching practice and teaching observation.5.In terms of assessment plan,add skills test in the practical course assessment part and daily homework in the normal grade part;adjust the assessment score to 35% of the theoretical course assessment and 55% of the practical course assessment,of which the skills test is 15% and the normal grade is 10%;formulate a score table for the training practice assessment of Chinese Basketball Association E-level coaches.Finally,the experts evaluate the new outline and make adjustments according to the experts’ evaluation and feedback.
