| Relevant studies have shown that compared with adolescents from ordinary households in urban areas,adolescents from low-income households in urban areas have a lower level of self-efficacy.Their disadvantaged position in the city causes them to encounter many problems in living,studying and socializing.These problems negatively affect their physical and mental development.Under normal circumstances,the problem of economic poverty will be gradually solved with the progress of society and the development of the economy,but simple changes in the external environment cannot solve the psychological problems such as inferiority complex and anxiety caused by the low economic status of the family.Properly resolved,it will have an impact on the life of young people.This research uses observation,interview,scale and other methods to analyze the influencing factors of self-efficacy of adolescents from low-income families in Xiamen J community from four levels: society,school,family and individual.Under the guidance of the self-efficacy theory and the mirror-me theory,starting from the six dimensions of self-efficacy,the self-efficacy is operationalized,aiming at the specific needs of adolescents from low-income families,using group work methods and Skills,around the overall goal of improving self-efficacy,progressively,a total of 8 group activities were designed before and after,to intervene in the self-efficacy of the 8 recruited team members.According to the actual needs of adolescents from low-income families,this research includes: the need to learn about emotions and emotional management,the need to form a good self-awareness,the need to increase peer relationships,and the need to improve the ability to cope with difficult situations.The group creates a positive verbal persuasion atmosphere such as affirmation and encouragement,and helps young people from low-income families accumulate successful experiences,reasonably deal with negative emotions,strengthen indirect experiences,learn to make correct attributions,and set short-term goals.Teenagers from low-income families solve the problem of self-efficacy at this stage,and summarize and reflect on this practical experience.It is believed that in order to stably strengthen the self-efficacy of adolescents from low-income families,it is necessary to start with the internal and external influencing factors of self-efficacy,and at the same time use comprehensive social work methods to comprehensively intervene in it,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.,believes that the issue of self-efficacy of adolescents from low-income families in urban areas should be paid attention to by the society,and a healthy and good growth environment can only be provided with the coordination and cooperation of many parties. |
