| Since the new curriculum reform,general technical courses in senior high schools have gradually received attention.As a technical course,high school general technology is highly comprehensive and creative,and is of great significance for cultivating students’ core literacy of general technology.However,due to the low emphasis on general technology subjects and the indoctrination teaching method,students are not highly active in learning and have low interest in general technology courses,which restricts the development of students’ technical literacy.Therefore,it is necessary to find an effective teaching mode,which could stimulate and maintain students’ learning motivation,enhance classroom interaction,trigger students’ thinking,and improve students’ technical literacy.The CDIO teaching model(Conceive: Conception,Design: Design,Implement: Realization,Operate:Operation)represents the four links of "Conceive-Design-ImplementationOperation".This model emphasizes engineering education,focus on cultivating students’ design thinking and engineering thinking,and is committed to cultivating students’ systematic thinking and analytical ability,which is consistent with the vision of cultivating students’ core literacy with general technology in high school,and is expected to provide reference for the teaching of general technology teachers.The ARCS motivation model integrates four elements of motivation: Attention,Relevance,Confidence,and Satisfaction.As a relatively systematic and operable motivation theory,this model could effectively provide teachers with strategies to strengthen students’ learning motivation.This thesis takes the second-year high school students as the research object,and strives to construct a teaching mode suitable for the general technology course of high school.Firstly,through the analysis of relevant literature,it summarizes the related concepts and research status of ARCS motivation theory,CDIO teaching mode,and general technology technology course teaching mode in high school.Secondly,on the basis of literature collection and analysis,combined with the characteristics of high school general technology courses and the requirements of "General High School General Technology Course Standards(2017 Edition)",the M-CDIO teaching mode of high school general technology courses based on motivation enhancement is constructed.Finally,the teaching design is based on this model,which is then applied to classroom teaching,and the application effect of this model is analyzed through questionnaires and student interviews.The results show that this model helps to stimulate and maintain students’ learning motivation,better cultivate students’ comprehensive ability,and improve students’ core literacy.The innovation of this research is to find a point of convergence between the concept of general technical courses in senior high schools and the concept of CDIO teaching mode,and propose and practice an M-CDIO teaching model suitable for general technology courses in high school,combining with the ARCS motivation model. |
