Nowadays,along with scientific and technological innovation,mankind’s society is becoming more and more integrated and intelligence.As one of the open and complex subsystems in the society,education has emerged many complex problems that need to be solved urgently,which can no longer be solved only by the knowledge and methods of education.Interdisciplinary talents with multidisciplinary knowledge structure and open thinking mode are needed to deal with the challenges.As the main way to cultivate high-level talents,M.A.Ed shoulder the important task of conveying high-level compound talents need to train interdisciplinary talents who can creatively solve the complex problems in the field of pedagogy.And some universities with multi-disciplines and distinguished disciples have carried on interdisciplinary training of master of pedagogy.How to carry out interdisciplinary training of master of pedagogy more smoothly has become a problem that needs to be considered deeply at present.The theoretical basis and ideal mode of interdisciplinary training M.A.Ed..Based on the theory of knowledge production mode reform and multiple intelligence,the necessity and importance of interdisciplinary training of master students in education are analyzed.This paper regards the training of master students of education as a complete system,analyzes its constituent elements according to the system theory,and constructs the interdisciplinary training system of M.A.Ed,which includes three parts: training objectives,training process and interdisciplinary quality guarantee mechanism.Based on Max Weber’s idea of ideal type and combined with existing literature,it analyzes the ideal mode of interdisciplinary training system for M.A.Ed.,and summarizes it as the training target focusing on solving practical problems,the training process of collaborative innovation of all links,and the quality assurance system with multi-subject participation.Current situation of interdisciplinary training M.A.Ed..Considering the multidisciplinary advantages of high-level universities and their positioning for cultivating high-level interdisciplinary talents,according to the second round of "Double First-class" universities and disciplines list released by the Ministry of Education and the 2022 Master Specialty Directory of Graduate Enrollment Information Network,18 "Double First-class" universities that recruit M.A.Ed and have first-level discipline training programs of education are selected as the research objects.First of all,this paper analyzes the training program of M.A.Ed.in universities to understand the current situation.Secondly,by means of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper investigates the current situation of interdisciplinary training M.A.Ed.,in order to find the problems in China.The problems of interdisciplinary training M.A.Ed..Based on the analysis of the current situation of interdisciplinary training M.A.Ed.in 18 "Double First-class" universities,it concludes that there are three problems in the interdisciplinary training M.A.Ed: the relatively backward concept of interdisciplinary training,the process of interdisciplinary training still needs to be perfected,and the quality guarantee mechanism of interdisciplinary training needs to be optimized.The main reason is the lack of interdisciplinary personnel training policy at the national level and the deep-rooted concept of the cultivation of talents in a single discipline,which makes universities understanding and positioning of interdisciplinary training M.A.Ed inaccurate.Based on theoretical and empirical research,to discuss optimization of interdisciplinary training M.A.Ed..Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the interdisciplinary training M.A.Ed,the paper puts forward some targeted suggestions from the three aspects of training goal,training process and guarantee mechanism.First of all,renew the interdisciplinary training concept of M.A.Ed and highlight the interdisciplinary goal.Secondly,we should optimize the interdisciplinary training process of postgraduate students in education and improve their interdisciplinary ability.Finally,improve the quality guarantee mechanism of interdisciplinary training M.A.Ed.and build a quality fortress.
