Improving quality is the core task of higher education development, the basic requirement of higher education is the construction of power. By2020, the higher education structure more reasonable, more remarkable characteristics, the overall level of talent training, scientific research and social service comprehensive promotion, built a batch of internationally renowned, have distinguishing feature, a high level of institutions of higher learning, some universities at or near the world first-class university level, higher education will markedly enhance its international competitiveness.This article takes the shandong province as an example and takes master graduate students from four universities as samples, the quality of graduate education in universities through the four universities present situation investigation and analysis, summed up the problems existing in the process of graduate education in shandong province, and analyzes the cause of the problem, and combining the influence factors to take corresponding measures to establish graduate training quality guarantee system, in order to improving the quality guarantee system of graduate education in shandong province and even the whole country to provide theoretical support.
