| Talent training has new requirements in the era of big data,and it is urgent to accelerate the reform of education and teaching mode.Traditional class teaching is difficult to take into account the individual differences of students,which is not conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents."China Education Modernization 2035" proposes to "use information technology to achieve an organic combination of large-scale education and individualized training." Stratified teaching is a new form of teaching organization that solves the problem of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude under the class teaching system.How to promote data-driven precision Hierarchical teaching is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently in the current education information field.Based on this,this research focuses on the actual needs of education and carries out research on hierarchical teaching supported by big data.First of all,through in-depth analysis of the research status of hierarchical teaching at home and abroad,based on the education equity theory,theory of Teaching in accordance with aptitude,zone of proximal development theory and reverse instructional design theory,this study constructs a hierarchical teaching model with the goal of improving learners’ learning performance,the support of multiple data-driven and intelligent technology,the fulcrum of students’ portrait and the basic components of hierarchical teaching Entrance,the theoretical framework of hierarchical teaching based on four guarantee mechanisms.The theoretical framework is used to guide the design of hierarchical teaching mode.Secondly,by combing the typical stratified teaching practice cases at home and abroad,this paper summarizes four common measures,which are to respect students’ differences and reasonably choose the basis of stratification;to pay attention to the flexibility of the classroom and provide a variety of hierarchical teaching strategies;to respect students’ individual freedom and strengthen the construction of teachers’ ethics;to pay attention to the collection of multi-dimensional data,through the combination of man-machine to achieve efficient teaching On this basis,combined with the hierarchical teaching theoretical framework and data elements,a hierarchical teaching mode suitable for the era of big data is designed,which includes three parts: data layer,operation layer and target layer.Finally,this research relies on X School in Xuzhou City to carry out two rounds of teaching practice.The teaching effect was verified through classroom observations,teacher interviews,and questionnaires on the implementation of effects of students and parents,and finally reached the following conclusions:1.The overall application effect of the data-driven accurate hierarchical teaching model is good.Teachers and students have a high degree of acceptance and satisfaction with the implementation of this model.2.The data-driven accurate hierarchical teaching model brings better emotional experience to teachers and students.On the one hand,it enhances students’ learning interest,self-confidence,classroom attention and learning enthusiasm;on the other hand,it improves teachers’ Teaching efficiency and data literacy.The data driven hierarchical teaching model proposed in this study is applicable,which is helpful to promote the current reform of basic education and to help primary and secondary schools implement the educational concept of teaching according to their aptitude. |
