With the development of society,the continuous deepening of educational reform and the implementation of the new curriculum standards of physical education and health,the professional development of physical education teachers has received unprecedented attention from all walks of life.In this new situation,as the development of physical education teachers in the professional development of the longest,largest span of professional development has become the focus of attention and research.In general,the post of physical education teachers professional development in recent years has been greatly improved,the development way of professional development content,post constantly updated according to the change of the times,more attention to the physical education teachers professional development and.However,under the premise of improvement,there are still many problems in the professional development of physical education teachers.The content of the professional development of physical education teachers is out of touch with the actual teaching of teachers,physical education teachers can not really become the main body of their own development,physical education teachers' awareness of reflection and cooperation still need to improve.Therefore,for the development of professional sports teachers' problems in the combination of action learning theory connotation,characteristics and main process and steps,put forward the problem to solve the professional development of PE teachers program,has great significance to the development of professional sports teacher's duty to promote and the development of teacher's occupation.In this study,different provinces and cities nationwide sports teachers as the research object,using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,based on investigation,problems related to the development of Professional PE teachers on the professional development of PE teachers of the problems in and countermeasures were studied.The following conclusions:1.The professional development of PE teachers is greatly improved,the PE teachers can recognize the importance of professional development of PE teachers,and actively participate in various ways to promote the professional development of PE teachers.The understanding of the importance of physical education teachers to professional development is also consistent.2.Physical education teachers in their professional development in post-employment training way,content to reflect on and cooperation and so on are still big problems,training methods with traditional teaching style is given priority to,in the process of training a one-way teaching,physical education teachers to participate in low degree.PE teachers' professional development in post-employment content is given priority to with theoretical knowledge,lack of practical knowledge of teaching,content and physical education teachers taught in the actual teaching.Physical education teachers can't do regular teaching reflection,physical education teachers in exchanges and cooperation with colleagues,have come to rely too much on listening to lectures and evaluation,other types of cooperation.3.In the question of PE teachers' reflection consciousness,PE teachers can't make teaching reflection often,and PE teachers' reflection on lack of initiative has become an important factor affecting PE teachers' reflection.When the PE teachers communicate with their colleagues,too much depends on the lectures and class evaluation,other types of cooperation is less,this is mainly the performance of the sports teachers' cooperative consciousness.
