A Strategic Study Of Social Workers’ Intervention In Mental Rehabilitation Cases From The Perspective Of Resilience

With the rapid development of social economy,mental health problems are increasingly concerned and valued by all walks of life.In the treatment and rehabilitation of mental diseases,it is necessary to introduce professional social work support,mental health social work has become an important field of mental rehabilitation services.In the process of carrying out mental rehabilitation services,social workers mainly use the American rehabilitation concept,and the CHINESE Recovery Model is a localized exploration of the American rehabilitation concept.Due to the lack of systematic service guidelines in the CHINESE Recovery Model,social workers have encountered many problems in the process of applying this model to provide services for mental rehabilitation cases.In order to understand these problems,a multi-case study method is adopted.Firstly,through literature research,problems in the overall application of service model and specific application methods of treatment elements at different stages are identified from the case service documents in which social workers apply the CHINESE Recovery Model.Then,the semi-structured interview method was used to understand the specific difficulties encountered by social workers in the service process of case follow-up according to the problems found.The problems and dilemmas of social workers in the overall application of the CHINESE Recovery Model in the process of case work include: in the process of receiving cases and establishing relationships,it is difficult to establish a deeper professional relationship with the clients;In the process of data collection and problem judgment,it is difficult to collect comprehensive data for accurate problem judgment.In the process of service objective and service plan design,it is difficult to formulate quantifiable service objective and clear service intervention strategy.In the process of service plan implementation,it lacks the ability to set the appropriate frequency of service intervention and guide family members to participate in the service plan according to the patients’ rehabilitation status;In the process of case closing and evaluation,the evaluation Angle of the client’s service effect is not comprehensive enough.The problems and dilemmas of social workers in the specific application techniques of therapeutic elements at different stages of the CHINESE Recovery Model mainly include: difficulties in understanding the relationship between therapeutic elements at different stages and difficulties in specific application techniques of therapeutic elements at different stages.In view of the above problems and dilemmas,the strategy of applying the CHINESE Model as a whole in the process of case work and the specific strategy of applying the therapeutic elements in each stage of the CHINESE Recovery Model are put forward.Based on the service strategy,the paper further puts forward practical suggestions on the overall application of the CHINESE Recovery Model in the process of case work and practical suggestions on the specific application of therapeutic elements in each stage of the CHINESE Recovery Model.Practical suggestions for the overall application of the CHINESE Recovery Model in the casework process include: The treatment elements of each stage were used to gradually deepen the trust relationship with the client,improve the client data and the accuracy of the needs assessment combined with the service mode,improve the normalization of the service goal setting and the pertinence of the service plan,maintain the dynamic adjustment of the service plan implementation and promote the participation of family members,and improve the comprehensiveness of the service effect assessment combined with the service mode.The practical suggestions for the specific application of therapeutic elements in each stage of the CHINESE Recovery Model mainly include: first constructing the services of element H or element I according to the state of the client,continuously enhancing the sense of reality of the client through the services of element H and I,and carrying out deep service intervention through the services of element H and element I.
