At present,China is in the critical period of transforming traditional agriculture and developing modern agriculture.As the new force of agricultural transformation and upgrading in the new era,high-quality farmers are the main force to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",and also the key talents for the country to promote the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,for Yunnan province,it is of great significance to cultivate high-quality farmers well for the development of Yunnan Province’s agriculture.However,there are still many difficulties in the training of highquality farmers in Yunnan Province at the present stage,which restrict the promotion of the training of high-quality farmers in Yunnan province.Therefore,through the analysis of the current situation of the training of high-quality farmers in Yunnan Province,the factors affecting the effectiveness of the training of high-quality farmers are found out,based on which the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of training are put forward,which has a more critical significance in reality.Based on relevant theoretical basis and domestic and foreign literature,the research framework and content of this paper are preliminarily determined,and related concepts and theories are elaborated.Using the case study method,the agricultural Managers training course in Yunnan Agricultural Radio and Television School is selected as the case,and the current training status of high-quality farmers in Yunnan Province is understood through field research.Based on this,the influencing factors that affect the training effectiveness of high-quality farmers in Yunnan province are preliminarily selected,questionnaires are made,models are constructed,and corresponding hypotheses are proposed.By sending questionnaires to high-quality farmers in Yunnan Province,collecting data and incorporating them into the model for quantitative research;Based on the above preliminary selection of impact factors,a total of seven principal component factors were obtained after dimensionality reduction by using factor analysis method,which was then divided into three levels,namely,individual factor,training factor and organizational factor.Then,through correlation analysis and regression analysis,we explored the correlation and influence degree between the seven principal component factors and the training effectiveness of highquality farmers in Yunnan province from the aspects of individual factors,training factors and organizational factors.Through empirical analysis,except for the training teachers,the other six principal component factors are significantly correlated with the training effectiveness;The seven main component factors all have significant influence on the training effectiveness,and in order of influence degree from large to small,they are training motivation,training content and mode,organizational atmosphere,training time,self-efficacy,training teachers and organizational support.Finally,combining with the reality of the training of high-quality farmers in Yunnan province,countermeasures and reasonable suggestions are put forward from the aspects of individual factors,training factors and organizational factors,hoping to provide beneficial inspiration and help for Yunnan province to improve the training effectiveness of high-quality farmers through the study of this paper.
