| Preschool stage is the most rich and active stage of children’s imagination,imagination itself is charming and elusive.The charm lies in that children’s imagination is so amazing and unconstrained;The elusive lies in that it is a kind of thing without sense of reality.It seems difficult for us to see its evolution process and find out the extent of its development.How can we open the Pandora’s box of children’s imagination?Imagination endows 3-6 years old children with the energy to nourish and grow their inner spiritual world.However,the lack of existing evaluation tools for children’s imagination has slowed the development of imagination education to a certain extent.Therefore,it is necessary to take 3-6 years old children as the research object to compile the local imagination evaluation scale,so that the quantifiable evaluation can become the rootstock of children’s imagination growth and burst infinite vitality on this basis.The research takes the four rules of Vygotsky’s imagination production and operation as the theoretical basis of the scale preparation,and determines the dimensions and items of the initial scale by combining with the investigation in the imagination experiment kindergarten.Firstly,the imagination experimental kindergarten C was taken as the pre-test kindergarten.Through the preliminary measurement of a total of 30 children in each age,the procedure and evaluation criteria for the formal implementation of the scale were determined;Secondly,132 children from 3 kindergartens in Y District of Hangzhou were tested in the first round,and each dimension and item of the scale were modified and adjusted through item analysis and exploratory factor analysis;Thirdly,156 children from 4 kindergartens in4 districts of Hangzhou were tested in the second round.The scale was tested and validated through internal consistency reliability,content validity,construct validity,aggregation validity and discrimination validity,and a formal scale with good reliability and validity was formed;Finally,the application effect of the formal scale is tested to verify the feasibility of the scale in practice.The following conclusions are drawn from the research:1.The formal evaluation scale of imagination development for 3-6 years old children has good reliability and validity,consisting of two first-level dimensions,four second-level dimensions and fourteen items.(1)The two first level dimensions are diversity and originality respectively.(2)The four second level dimensions are image enrichment and heterogeneous flexibility under diversity,novel and unique and transcendence of reality under originality.(3)The fourteen items are things or symbols imagination of image enrichment dimension,open graphics imagination of heterogeneous flexibility dimension,graphics combination imagination of novel and unique dimension,and future things imagination of transcendence of reality dimension.(4)The scale mainly collects representations of children’s imagination through painting,language and operation,and scores them according to the number of images represented,the number of types,the degree of novelty and the degree of surpassing existing cognition and existing things.2.In the application effect test,children of different ages have certain differences in the dimension of diversity and originality of imagination,and the older the age,the higher the score of diversity and originality;In terms of gender,there is no difference in scores between boys and girls,but there is a different tendency in the category of things represented by the two in the dimension of diversity. |
