| As the entry point and practical method for the fundamental task of cultivating morality and character in education,subject-based education has become the core of curriculum reform.Currently,as an important means of subject-based education,subject-based activities has not received enough attention,and the phenomenon of "focusing on formality and cheerfulness" is quite common.From the perspective of subject-based education,developing and exploring the physics activities in high school can effectively solve this problem,providing practical reference for the research,development and evaluation of subject-based activities.This study clarifies the research direction by investigating and interviewing the situation of high school physics activities in local areas;and it figures out the theoretical framework of developmental principles,implementation processes,and evaluation criteria through literature review;it finds the evidence that promotes students learning of physics and summarize the experience with the help of two types of subject-based activities,namely "experiential" and "innovative” activities.This study found that:(1)High school physics activities are an important method to stimulate students’ intrinsic motivation to learn.More than 90% of students like to participate in high school physics activities,and their learning interests,cooperation awareness,exploration abilities,and physics thinking qualities have been significantly improved.(2)High school physics activities are an important way to implement subject-based education.Subject-based activities are highly consistent with the national education orientation of "education should be people-oriented,individualized,and emphasize the integration of learning and application,knowledge and action”.Besides,the activities should promote the comprehensive development of students’ morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and labor skills.(3)High school physics activities are an effective means of improving the quality of school management.Famous schools in various aeras generally attach great importance to building school brands and are willing to make great efforts to explore teaching resources to develop high-quality subject-based activities.(4)High school physics activities are a long-term way to reduce learning burden and increase learnng efficiency.Students experience the process of analyzing and solving real problems,so that their knowledge system and subject literacy structure will be more perfect,helping students complete the course more efficiently.Compared with other studies,this study is the first to consider how to integrate the national,local,and school-level curricula from the perspective of subject-based education and develop distinctive and focused physics subject-oriented activities to achieve the central task of developing students from "people" to "talents," which leads to practical and meaningful results.This study innovatively sort out the theoretical framework for the development,implementation,and evaluation of subject-based activities,and provided several typical cases of "experiential" and "innovative" subject-based activities,which served as useful guidelines for other high schools and other subjects. |
