Objective: Sensory integration is the process of receiving,processing and feedback information between human sensory organs and external environment,which is of vital significance to children’s healthy growth and development,learning and life,and interpersonal communication.The first grade is the prime time for sensory integration adjustment and improvement.The purpose of this study is to study the influence of football ball control training on improving the sensory integration ability of the first grade students in primary school,and to test whether it can promote the development of students’ sensory integration ability.Methods: The experimental method is mainly adopted.The students in two classes of grade one in primary school are taken as the experimental subjects.The experimental class carries out football control training for 12 weeks,while the control class takes regular physical education classroom teaching.Before and after the experiment,the students in two classes were respectively subjected to the Development Assessment Scale of Children’s Sensory Integration Ability and the selected physical ability test index.Through data analysis,the influence of football control training on the sensory integration ability of the first grade students in primary school was obtained.Results :1.Before and after the experiment,intra-group comparison found that the sensory integration ability of students in the experimental group had a significant improvement(P < 0.01),while the sensory integration ability of students in the control group showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).After the experiment,compared with the control group,there was a significant difference in sensory integration ability among students with sensory integration disorder(P < 0.05),but no significant difference in sensory integration ability among students with normal sensory integration(P > 0.05).2.Before and after the experiment,intra-group comparison found that the experimental group of students with dyssensory integration had significant improvement effects on vestibular balance,proprioception,tactile defense and learning ability(P<0.05),while students with normal sensory integration had significant differences in vestibular balance and proprioception(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the four aspects between the students with sensory integration disorder and the students with normal sensory integration in the control group(P > 0.05).After the experiment,compared with the control group,there were significant differences in vestibular balance and proprioception between the students with sensory integration disorder and those with normal sensory integration in the experimental group(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in tactile defense and learning ability(P > 0.05).3.Before and after the experiment,it was found that there were significant differences in the scores of students in the experimental group in 1-minute rope skipping,10-meter return run,balance beam walking,standing long jump and50-meter run(P<0.05).The results of students with sensory integration disorders in the control group showed significant differences in 1-minute jump rope,standing long jump and 50 m running(P<0.05),while the results of students with normal sensory integration in the control group showed significant differences in standing long jump and 50 m running(P<0.05).After the experiment,inter-group comparison found that the experimental group of students in the balance beam walking and 10-meter return performance showed significant differences(P<0.05),1-minute rope skipping,standing long jump and 50-meter running performance showed no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Football control training can improve both the students with normal sensory integration and the students with disordered sensory integration in the first grade,but the impact on the students with disordered sensory integration is more obvious.2.A large number of acceleration,direction change and other exercises in football ball control training have improved the proprioceptive ability of vestibular organs,muscle joints,skin touch and other abilities,especially for the development of sensory integration ability of first-year students with sensory integration disorder.3.Football control training promotes the development of balance,sensitivity and coordination by improving the sensitivity and regulation ability of the central nervous system,promoting the firmness of bones and joints,speeding up the ability of sensory organs to receive and process information,etc.Students learn running and jumping in the regular physical education class to develop their speed ability and lower limb strength.
